Went to Lenscrafters and explained , \" I just bought sunglasses and need my prescription lens installed.\" Immediately, Rolla (manager) says. \"If you have vision insurance, we can use that or use our promotion. Multiple times, I asked why she needed my insurance and charging me, she continued. I explained again using visual guide of new frame and broken frame saying I need these into these. Rolla says oh you said prescription. Yes, the prescription lens replaced, I said. She continued to berate me with \"what I said\" comments. Not only did I have to ask her to stop. She put in the lens with attitude and didn't clean her dirty hand prints from them. The worst part is that I have insurance and was going to do my annual while there... NOT!\nI want to put 0 stars, but they did get installed. The second time the lenses were scratched inside the lens and they talk to you like you're a moron and dropped them after I had just picked me up a few hours prior. When they tried fixing them the new pair hasd scratches as well. I did this two times and they were still scratched. The woman who helped me during the second occasion was helpful but it was truly was an inconvenience. I would never recommend going to this store. Bad customer service. Went to Lenscrafters and explained , \" I just bought sunglasses and need my prescription lens installed.\" Immediately, Rolla (manager) says. \"If you have vision insurance, we can use that or use our promotion. Multiple times, I asked why she needed my insurance and charging me, she continued. I explained again using visual guide of new frame and broken frame saying I need these into these. Rolla says oh you said prescription. Yes, the prescription lens replaced, I said. She continued to berate me with \"what I said\" comments. Not only did I have to ask her to stop. She put in the lens with attitude and didn't clean her dirty hand prints from them. The worst part is that I have insurance and was going to do my annual while there... NOT!\nI want to put 0 stars, but they did get installed. The second time the lenses were scratched inside the lens and they talk to you like you're a moron and dropped them after I had just picked me up a few hours prior. When they tried fixing them the new pair hasd scratches as well. I did this two times and they were still scratched. The woman who helped me during the second occasion was helpful but it was truly was an inconvenience. I would never recommend going to this store. Bad customer service. So, I purchased sunglasses at Sunglass Hut in Macy's. They told me that when they came in, Lenscrafters (inside Macy's) would put in my lens from the broken pair. Picked up today. Went to Lenscrafters and explained , " I just bought sunglasses and need my prescription lens installed." Immediately, Rolla (manager) says. "If you have vision insurance, we can use that or use our promotion. Multiple times, I asked why she needed my insurance and charging me, she continued. I explained again using visual guide of new frame and broken frame saying I need these into these. Rolla says oh you said prescription. Yes, the prescription lens replaced, I said. She continued to berate me with "what I said" comments. Not only did I have to ask her to stop. She put in the lens with attitude and didn't clean her dirty hand prints from them. The worst part is that I have insurance and was going to do my annual while there... NOT! I want to put 0 stars, but they did get installed. Thank you to Mary and Shaina from Macy's for excellence in service.

Dr. drew Sax is the best in that little Lenscrafter store in Macys. He is very thorough in his eye exams and even if i have to wait a little longer it is worth it. Its important for me to get the clearest view with my eyes especially if my prescriptions change a little. Reading and driving on bi-focal glasses are important for me. I have been going for at least 5 years there and even before I went to Dr Drew Sax when he was at the sears eye care until it closed down. I am so glad to see him there at the Lenscrafter eye care Center.

I entrusted LensCrafters with an expensive Italian eyeglass frame for the installation of prescription lenses. Regrettably, they misplaced the frame. While mistakes can occur, what's more concerning is the lack of responsibility in rectifying the situation. It was promised that compensation would be provided, but after several months and multiple reminders, I've yet to see any resolution. While their services may be commendable in other aspects, this experience has significantly impacted my trust in their professionalism and accountability. It's crucial for businesses to uphold their commitments, especially when customers place valuable items in their care.

Tammy and Paul were so very helpful and accommodating today when I needed a pair of glasses fixed! The sidearm on a pair of glasses has come off and they did everything they could to restore them. Paul at the Macys lens crafter location is highly recommended not just for his service but his attention to detail. He made The experience one of the best ever at a LensCrafters location. We had a horrible experience at your Gardens Mall location and would have never returned to a LensCrafters. After Paul’s exemplary service we will never go to any other LensCrafters location except the one at Macy’s at the Gardens Mall highly recommend it and highly recommend Paul.
