Measurements were taken, good conversation was had, and I felt valued as a client. The level of personalized care was perfection. The other two staff members, Frankie and Patrice, added to my experience. My husband and I had a blast! And last, but not least, I am a retired optometrist and I know how a patient should be treated and how this process should go. I couldn’t be happier. I even asked twice if the lenses are going to be thin, they assured me they would be. These glasses are garbage. Please do not waste your time and your money here. Unfortunately I don’t have my receipt, eventhough I paid with Macys card, so I can’t return this garbage. I even asked twice if the lenses are going to be thin, they assured me they would be. These glasses are garbage. Please do not waste your time and your money here. Unfortunately I don’t have my receipt, eventhough I paid with Macys card, so I can’t return this garbage. Today I had the great pleasure of purchasing two new pairs of eyeglasses. I ordered progressive, transition , anti reflection coated, etc etc - all the bells and whistles for a good price after all of the promotions. But- that’s not the important part. What is important is that I was taken care of by Vlad, a licensed optician (not a teenager with a summer job) who helped me select the perfect eyewear for my aesthetic and needs. Measurements were taken, good conversation was had, and I felt valued as a client. The level of personalized care was perfection. The other two staff members, Frankie and Patrice, added to my experience. My husband and I had a blast! And last, but not least, I am a retired optometrist and I know how a patient should be treated and how this process should go. I couldn’t be happier. I look forward to receiving my new glasses!

Dr. Lyons is friendly, funny and she doesn't rush you. She takes her time to explain the process and answers any questions you may have. Our family has been coming to this location for years and I have to say Patrice, the store manager and Francesca are always friendly, patient, knowledgeable and make the whole process from beginning to end seamless every single time. Exceptional customer service. Patrice was my go to person and he was amazing. He knew what he was talking about, gave good advice on frames, and was very patient with me (I'm indecisive). His female associate was also very helpful and fixed/tightened my old frames for me without even asking. From exam to purchase my experience was top notch. My hubby and I will be back every year from now on for our new frames.

My frame literally broke in my hand while cleaning it! It never fell! I’ve only had it for a couple months and I hardly wear it!!!! I’ve had cheaper frames that lasted longer! I’m confused. I spoke to a rep on the phone and she sounded so indifferent. She didn’t even offer any help or solution. Callous indeed! When you pay for quality, you expect some longevity of the product. I would never shop with lens crafters again and would not recommend to a soul!

Id give 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend LensCrafters at Macys in Wellington to anyone. the worst glasses I’ve ever purchased…. They were $800 and I paid EXTRA to have a thinner lens. They are completely over the frame on either side. I took them back to be fixed and I picked them up today. STILL THE SAME. my left eye is still not correct and the lenses are completely loose in the frame. I paid a lot of money to have them made correctly, so i expected a certain quality. I even asked twice if the lenses are going to be thin, they assured me they would be. These glasses are garbage. Please do not waste your time and your money here. Unfortunately I don’t have my receipt, eventhough I paid with Macys card, so I can’t return this garbage. DO NOT go here.

Dr. Jackeline Lyons at Lenscrafters Boynton Beach was amazing. She really cares about her patients. She made sure that my contact lenses responded to my needs. Patrice Datus at Lenscrafters Wellington Mall was also amazing. He helped selecting frames for my eyeglasses. I am so happy with my frame like never before.
