This Lensecrafters location is the absolute best. I've been going to This northern location for years and I've had nothing but great experience. Every single employee goes above and beyond to give exceptional service. This part year my vision insurance changed and lensecrafters is no longer in an in network provider and does not cover eye exams so I had to pay fully out of pocket but the cost was completely worth every penny to know I received the best service and see Dr Trin who ensures your getting the best options and optimal prescription.

Exam was great. Only problem is this physician does not allow prescriptions to be emailed. You have to go in person or have a fax machine when you want a copy. I am a healthcare attorney. Nothing under HIPAA mandates such restrictions. No portal no email, they are behind the times in this aspect. Will not return

Both my husband and I had a very pleasant experience. We were greeted upon arrival, Dr. Tang was wonderful! Alexis was very helpful and informative with choosing our frames and with the checking out process. Highly recommend this location!!

Store is fantastic, offering every brand and style anyone could want. The Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and did not pressure me, which made it a nice experience trying on multiple glasses. I recommend purchasing the protection plan, as accidents happen! I had a severe fall, breaking the glasses after having them only 1 day! The process of replacing the broken glasses was done on the phone in a matter of minutes, at a VERY fair replacement price!

Michele went above and beyond to help me. I also do not like shopping for glasses because I can never find any that fit my face, but seeing what I was wearing, she was able to instantly find 2 pairs I really liked and one i ended up buying. If you’re looking for an amazing eye doctor, I can’t recommend Dr. Linda Trinh and her team enough! I'm glad I decided to take the recommendation from a friend, even though she was a bit of a drive from my home. From start to finish, my experience was fantastic. Dr. Trinh has an incredible eye for detail, making sure every aspect of my eye health was thoroughly checked and explained in a way that was easy to understand. What really impressed me was her cutting-edge equipment. You can tell she invests in the best tools to ensure her patients get the most accurate and up-to-date care possible. Combine that with her genuine care and expertise, and it’s clear you’re in excellent hands!!

2 stars for the Dr she was ok nothing to brag about. However the staff was not ok. There is a red/ orange haired gal in the front office and older lady who was not only rude but very much passive aggressive. I did not appreciate the way she looked at me or treated me when I asked to speak to the doctor about my daughter. I did not enter the room like she asked and still put other patients ahead of me making my appointment time go much much later. Canceled my appointment on the spot. She tried to get me to come in the back after I canceled all the spot but it’s was too late Will not be coming back

Been coming to this location for years now. Great experience as always from start to finish. Michele helped me with finding and ordering new glasses this time. Very friendly and helpful just like the entire staff here. I would give more stars if I could.

This place is super great! We had great customer service from Michelle! I took my daughter to get her eye exam and she was so excited to get the glasses she asked about getting them the same day and they were able to get them complete for her making day for us!

Dr. Trinh and staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. So glad we found you. This is our forever home for eye exams and all things related to glasses/contacts. Special thank you to Michele! She was so patient and kind to us as we went thru 7-8 pairs of glasses. She also trained me on how to put in and take out my contact lenses. As a first time contact wearer, this was amazing. This visit was simply to order new glasses after an earlier visit to Dr. Trinh. As always, it was a smooth process. The technician, Izzy, was very easy to work with and made sure I got what I wanted. She was very thorough in explaining my insurance coverage and making sure I got to use a coupon I had.

The Dr. At this location is wonderful and listened to my concerns. I had problems with my vision insurance and the staff in the store was extremely helpful in resolving the issue. I would highly recommend this location.

I really appreciate Nick for helping me find the Ray Ban eye glasses model I had before. This was about two months earlier. I came back a second time and needed a new duplicate. I got the original slightly damaged as I am outside for my work. I was happily greeted again by Nick. I informed him I needed robust Rx Sunglasses for outdoor activities and work. I wasn't sure which brand to choose. Overwhelming amount of quality brands. Nick was patience with me and narrowed it down for me based on my specific requirements needs. I finally went with the OAKLEY OO9400 BiSphaera™️ that was a great fit for me. I can not speak for other LensCrafters locations, but this one at Park West has true genuine employees who do their best to help you. Great service! first time getting contact lenses and everyone was very helpful and even excited for me which helped me get over my fear of contacts. Thank you Alexis for guiding me through putting them on and finding the right frames for me and being patient. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Amazing experience everytime. I had an issue last year with another eye doctor and they not only corrected the issue but supported me through all my questions, concerns and rechecks. Will definitely be using them moving forward!

The Dr and Diana were so very helpful considering my condition. They were compassionate and supportive and you could not hope to deal with better people or have a better experience.

Great selection of glasses (don't know about contact lenses since I wasn't looking) with different brands and shapes. Receptionist to the tech to the Optometrist are all friendly and professional. Gave different options about eyewear and care.

Dr. Tran and Michele are amazing! I went in to see Dr. Tran with some serious eye complications. She took the time to review what was going on and suggested I see my primary care for a specific diagnosis. Rather than simply treating the symptom, she got to the very problem causing the symptom. I really appreciate her care, concern and willingness to help me through the problem rather than simply ignoring the root and treating the symptom. Michele was the same way. She had worked on my glasses several times previously …. I would absolutely HATE seeing me walk in because every time I have my lenses in a mess. She was so kind … so patient … kept working with me until she got my glasses perfect without any frustration even though it was time consuming for her. In a time that customer service is hard to find, both Dr. Tran and Michele proved it still exists … premium customer service. Thank you, Dr. Tran and Michele. I hope you know you made my very happy ❤️❤️
