Brandee the store manager helped me out of a big jam by searching the entire store for frames that fit my existing lenses. She fit them perfectly, and then she helped my friend adjust her frames to perfection. She is just the most helpful and knowedeable!! And so friendly!! Kudos. I will be back after my cruise to get a new full set!! Thanks, Brandee!!

I have never visited or purchased from LensCrafters before and my experience was fantastic! The customer service provided by Rosina was phenomenal from start to finish. Product selection was excellent and I was happy to purchase a pair of Oakley progressive prescription sunglasses for a price well below what previous research and quotes had been. If my glasses arrive as ordered, LensCrafters has a new customer in me!

The getting glasses process was great and quick, however getting someone to answer the phone, that's another thing. I've called 7 times in 2 days and no response and no call back.

The Doctors are great at giving a thorough exam. However calling in for customer service is ridiculous. Expect no return calls. Iv called and left messages every other day. I live a hour away so getting help by phone is important BELOW: Please do not put a AUTO COMMENT. These comments should be reviewed and taken serious because you will lose patients bc of phone customer service / Gen. Customer Serv.

I usually dread shopping for eyeglasses. Today I decided to tell the “professionals” what I was looking for and let them do the legwork (I don’t get around as easily as I once did). Rosina listened carefully to what I thought I wanted and selected multiple styles for me to try. She picked from all price ranges even though I didn’t make that request. I probably tried on 30 to 40 pairs of frames before selecting the two I purchased. Rosina made sure that I spent the least amount of money needed. (I was just going to replace the lens in my Tiffany frames, but she ran the numbers and showed me it would be cheaper to just order a NEW pair of the exact same pair of glasses because of the current sale!!! Since my prescription hadn’t changed too much, I just ordered 2 entirely different pairs! Best experience yet at LensCrafters!

Be aware of this place , the doctor was okay couldn't understand her vert heavy accent but was just okay. Now the part where you pick your glasses a real ripoff , 1) your not told you can take your scrip to any place with frames and get it done for alot cheaper same frames. 2) there is woman who works on the front desk who knows nothing messes up everything adds alot of time to your day and she is very confused. 3) my insurance paid hundreds but they canceled my order because I'm disable and could not bring the my c/c for an extra charge and their system would not take my c/c over phone . Very disappointed in this place would not recommend to anyone. Not to mention I waited almost 2 hours just to see the doctor even tho I had an appointment. If you do go there be aware be vert wake . I finally called my insurance and told them I'm disputing that charge I will take my scrip else where

Highly recommend. Dr Wu was excellent. Very patient and explained everything regarding my exam results. She didn’t rush and made sure I received the best prescription. Her assistant was very kind and helpful and professional. And their sales consultant Lisa helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. She was beyond patient with me and so helpful throughout the entire process. You can tell they truly value people at this location and from now on, I won’t be going anywhere else.

Nobody here answers the phone. When you leave a message they don’t call back. I’m at their office right now and the lady at the desk has not answered the last three calls since I’ve been standing here. I’m still here and the phone has rung 7 times now and the receptionist has still not answered the phone. I’m not that guy pal.

I treated my 89-year old mother to new glasses for her birthday. The team here could not have been nicer, more accommodating, or more knowledgeable. Lisa handled my mom with care, & made her feel confident about her frame choice.

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had for an Eye exam. The Doctor did not listen to what I wanted to achieve for my visit. Then throughly confuses me have me try multiple different multifocal contact lenses that I did not even want. The wait time was awful . I was asked to check out before things were finished. When asked what the balance was for. I was told that’s just what it is. Then I was going to look at some frames in the lobby. And was spoken to like I was a child and did not understand that the doctor still wanted to see me yet again. At that point I asked for my prescription for eyeglasses. . I have NO confidence that the prescription for my eye glasses is even correct. This was a waste of my yearly eye exam through my insurance. So now I have to pay out of pocket for an additional eye exam with a doctor that I can have some confidence with.

Avoid this LensCrafters at all costs. My husband had his exam here back in March and when we booked the appointment we confirmed with the receptionist that they accepted our vision insurance. After his appointment was over and services had already been rendered, that’s when they decided to let us know that they don’t actually accept our insurance and that we owed them several hundred dollars. When I called to deal with it, I even had one receptionist admit that this has happened before with other customers 🙄 Now, months down the road, I contacted them to ask if they would email me his eyeglass prescription so that we could purchase new eyeglasses for him (not through their store, obviously). I was then informed that their computer had a “glitch” and they’d lost all of his data, so he would have to come back in for another “quick in and out” appointment. As of right now, he’s currently been waiting for that “quick” appointment (an appointment that we only had to schedule due to their apparent inability to keep data in their computers) for over a half an hour. Save yourself the headache and drive to the LensCrafters in Augusta.

Bad experience. An older lady short hair probably the tallest out of the ladies was very weird walking up and down doing nothing no manners in excuse me or greetings the 3 times I went to this location. She has no good customer service. I hope management puts her on noticed.

They need to answer the phones. I arrived to pick up my contacts. Signed in, told the young lady I was there to pick up my contacts. She directed me to the other end of the counter. One of the other ladies were assisting a customer and that took all of 10 minutes to check the customer out and continued to have a personal conversation. It was four people waiting for assistance at the counter. Finally another lady came to assist and I told her I was there to pick up my contacts. She went behind the counter where the young lady sitting doing nothing and grabbed the box and verified my info and handed me the box. I waited 15 minutes just to get my order. They need to take the phones off do not disturb and keep the personal conversations to a minimum when busy. My first experience with LensCrafters and last. The store looks nice though! You lose business when you don’t pick the phone up. This happened 10/04/23
