Dr Tuchowski is an amazing eye examiner, I learned more in the one eye exam visit than I have in the last thirty years of eye exams. I would highly recommend you having your eyes examined by her! Keep up the good work Dr Tuchowski!!!

Everyone at the store is so helpful and friendly. They took their time helping me make my selection and I’m very happy with my glasses.

I recently had a great experience at LensCrafters. Dr. Hanlon was incredibly thorough during my eye exam, taking the time to explain my options for contact lenses and glasses. Kelley was also fantastic. She was patient and helpful as I browsed the frames, and she never pressured me to buy more than I needed. A few days later, I realized I wanted to add bifocals to my glasses prescription. The staff was accommodating and helpful, and Selena took extra care to ensure the bifocal placement was just right. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience at LensCrafters. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Just an FYI...if you go to the LensCrafters located in the "Village Shopping Center " in Rochester Hills, Michigan, ask for Selena. She , with out a doubt, knows what she's doing. Her professionalism is constantly being shone. I'm eager to get my Aviators.

I went in the other day just for an eye piece which no other store was able to do and the two gentlemen there were so kind and were able to fix my glasses right away 10/10 kind, quick and sweet to my dog too!

Best customer service. Professional and friendly. Stopped in without an appointment with broken glasses that needed to be fixed as soon as possible. Both Selena and Katherine went out of their way to assist me. Highly recommend their eye exam as well. Specifically, this location has a more in depth exam.

The best experience I’ve had in my search for glasses. She brought me the glasses I was looking for and I am now going to pick them up, 4 days later.

The best customer service. I went in to get my eyeglasses repaired (which they did within minutes) at absolutely no charge, even though I bought them from elsewhere. While waiting, I found a pair of sunglasses I liked and they were super helpful answering my insurance questions. Can’t recommend this store enough!

READ ALL My appointment @ Rochester Hills location happened to be @ the peak of our snow squal on February 15th. No matter which way I drove from I had hills and curves to contend with, Needless to say , it was a slow drive which I did not allow extra time for which was making me late for my appointment ,when I receive a call Asking not if I was going to make my appointment, But r u alright. That's what I call customer care.

The staff in the store were friendly. They constantly acknowledged us that they will get with us as soon as the customers ahead of us were taken care of. This made us feel that the staff cared about our time and truly wanted to service us with their best efforts. Will visit the store again next year and absolutely loved the experience.

Great service. I have taken the whole family there to get glasses. Each visit was a joy. Everyone is friendly and makes sure you are taken care of. The optometrist spend the time to answer all of my questions without rushing. Glass options are many, and prices are great.

I had a fantastic experience at this location! Dr. Tuchowski is phenomenal. She is very personable, thoughtful, and provided a clear evaluation of my vision. All of the equipment is top of the line/brand new. After struggling to find an eye doctor in the area that I've been happy with, it was refreshing to visit such a top notch, friendly office.
