Find out the original sales lady didn’t apply my insurance correctly and I was overcharged $230. I originally looked at getting my first pair of prescription glasses at LensCrafters on the first floor. After not having such a great experience I check out LensCrafters in Macy's. The manager and the employees were amazing! The service was exceptional and I end up purchasing the Ray-Ban Ferrari for my first pair of prescription glasses. The women at this LensCrafters were so kind to me as I was shopping for new frames! My tech Anne especially was so helpful & patient with me during the process. She explained everything in detail & gave me different price points as well! I made confident decisions in my everyday glasses & new sunnies thanks to the ladies I had the pleasure of working with tonight! So excited to receive my glasses! Those women were awesome! The Optometrist was also knowledgeable & very nice to me! Cant wait to see what my new glasses look like 🤗. Also the store has 50% off a second frame and its such a good deal!! Definitely stop in! Highly recommend & will be going back!

these two woman are PHENOMENAL!! not only did these woman greet us with smiles but they have done so much for us! my SO and i ended up purchasing eyeglasses and sunglasses. they recommended the macys card to us and helped save us hundreds after insurance. we did decide to do the protection plan and my sunglasses unfortunately have already been scratched. i called to confirm i had the protection on my sunglasses as well as my eye glasses and they confirmed i did. due to small amount of time i’ve had them they ordered me a replacement and waived the fee from the protection plan. this obviously cannot be guaranteed for any of you but my point in sharing is that they really do so much to accommodate their customers. i really recommend this specific location to anyone who is in need of an eye exam, is due for new glasses, or wants to get sunglasses as well!! thank you so much ladies, we appreciate you and your level of customer service. i’m not getting compensated for this review in any way. just want to share our good experience!

Really like this location, way more helpful and better managed than others. Staff was helpful and fast making sure I was taken care of and not standing around. Selection of glasses are always top notch and with discounts makes it reasonable to buy brand name. Keep up the good work!

Best Experience EVER! Not only was the staff super helpful and patient helping me pick out a pair of glasses but they worked hard to help me maximize my insurance benefits. What I didn't realize was that I also earned Macys BONUS STAR MONEY for my exam and my glasses Im never going anywhere else. I love my new Ray Bans.

The front office staffs were very courteous and helpful. They helped me to choose the right frame for me lenses. The doctor spent ample time with me to walk me though the steps that I need to follow to keep my eyes healthy. Those were very helpful tips.

I already had my Rx for new glasses, so I came in just to select frames. Suzanne helped me make my selection. I took up a lot of her time and she was very patient . I was impressed with her knowledge of optical. She keyed all my info for the Rx into her I-pad. She took time to explain exactly what she was doing and gave me options regarding the type of lens in addition to the insurance/protection plan. It was a very pleasant shopping experience. I would highly recommend Lens Crafter @ Macy's Somerset. Be sure to ask for Suzanne. You will be most happy you did!
