Absolutely the best eye exam ever! I’m a senior who has had many exams. The results were explained clearly and no rush to end the consultation.

I had a very disappointing experience with the LensCrafters at West Towne Mall. I requested them to fax my prescription to another provider, but they failed to do so. When I called back to follow up, I was “disconnected” during the call. After calling again, I was told they were very busy and that someone would call me back. They never did. It feels like they’re deliberately holding my prescription and pressuring me to order from them instead. This lack of professionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this location to anyone.

The service was excellent, very helpful. I couldn't use my Delta insurance, and I had to pay for my exam. It would be great if they accepted more insurances and the frames were of good quality.

Everyone who helped me today provided exceptional customer service, explained the process really well and was friendly and kind! Dr. Chad is knowledgeable on eyes and showed me the difference between my current glasses and my new prescription. He explained everything really well and gave me tips on how to continue caring for my eyesight moving forward. He was also very kind! Tovi was friendly and helped me find the lenses from my first time in! He also talked with me while I wanted for the doctor which was nice so I didn't sit there awkwardly the whole time. Helen explained the lenses and walked through everything with me thoroughly, she provided exceptional customer service and was warm and supportive! I felt like I was hanging out with a friend! This team is exceptional- I highly recommend going here if you need new glasses! Also love how affordable the eye exam is and it was a very quick process!

Chad gives the BEST vision check - Rx for glasses! At Lenscrafter in West Towne Mall (Madison, WI), Chad took time to give my husband the best vision check for glasses that he's ever had. To give perspective, my husband has severe glaucoma and has received MULTIPLE vision checks over the last two decades. He recently had a corneal transplant and the ophthalmology clinic took about 3 minutes to check his vision and give a Rx for glasses - the problem was that the Rx wasn't right. My husband's vision was still blurry. Chad took TIME to really figure out what my husband needed in order to see the best he possibly could. Chad even took into account how thick and heavy the lens would be. Thanks, Chad!

The quality of the glasses at this store are great; the store was well designed, and the customer service was the best! We worked with Marsha to help us choose the right glasses, and she was helpful, knowledgable, and friendly; and we could really tell she enjoyed her job. We will recommend Lens Crafters and Marsha to all of our friends!

On September 22nd, both my parents and I placed orders at LensCrafters in the West Towne mall. This was confirmed as my HSA was charged $191.44 for this purchase. Last weekend, I visited in person to check on the order status. I was informed that the order for my mother’s glasses had never been placed. When I asked about my own order, the staff assured me it would arrive soon without checking the system. On October 4th, my mother picked up her own glasses, and was told by a staff member that my own order had never been entered or paid for. Again, I have confirmation from my HSA provider that I was charged for this order. Despite this, my order was never processed, and I was never contacted in regard to the status. When I called the store for clarification, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was placed on hold multiple times, and no information or explanation was given. When I asked why I was put on hold, I was told the staff member was talking to the manager. When I asked if I could get a confirmation that I would be receiving the discount I had originally purchased this order with, I was told I would receive a call tomorrow since the manager had “just left.” I was never contacted. On October 6th, my mother returned to store after noticing an issue with her lenses. A staff member began looking into the issue, when another staff member approached them and whispered something to them, at which point they stopped helping and told my mother that “it was fine.” I am seeking immediate assistance to: 1. Confirm why I was charged $191.44 for an order that was never placed. 2. Process my original order promptly or issue a full refund. 3. Address the unauthorized disclosure of my personal information.

Superb customer service at this store. The associate who took my order remembered my insurance statement to him. I came into pick up my glasses so I was impressed by his memory. Very professional staff. There was such a great selection of glasses. I will definitely be back and will highly recommend this store.

Dr. Parks did an exceptionally thorough job with my vision exam. Very helpful and explained every part of the vision exam and what he was looking for. Got an excellent fitting pair of glasses and will certainly be back to see this doctor.

Jesse took me through the whole process of getting two pairs of glasses following cataract surgery: clear lenses, transition and progressive, and sun pro, progressive, anti glare, RayBan lenses. Perfectly seamless experience from frames to fitting and measurement. Laid out prices for all lens options with insurance. Advised by Jesse I went with exactly what I wanted and picked them up as expected in one week. Wore the suns out and worked outside and at the computer with clears. Now one day into the 30 day guarantee period that sounded like it covers any sort of lens or frame correction that may be necessary. So far so good. Totally satisfied, though I have not yet experienced all the possibilities for their usage.

Thomas was so great! He had great input on all of my questions and was so sweet to sit with me when I had trouble putting in my contacts. Dr. Chad was very nice and explained everything softly and thoroughly. I will definitely be back and hope both are still there!

Jesse gave me excellent service! He helped me pick the frame that worked best for me, and also which lenses beat suited my lifestyle. I’m so glad I had Jesse to help, because I always need an expert opinion—and he is an expert!!

My visit this time was for my glasses I previously bought in Feb. There was an obvious bend on one side and I brought it in to get it straightened out. I had the pleasure to work with Erick who got me in and out within 5 minutes. He was polite and diligent. Highly recommend this place!

Don't give them your email address with your purchase. The spam continues, even after unsubscribing twice. And, of course, they claim you "authorized" marketing emails even though the sales person never asked me for consent. Also, their receipt to break-down how your insurance was applied to your purchase is a total mess. You'd need a PhD to have any prayer of interpreting. I've made one purchase there, and I'll likely never be back.

My sunglasses had lost a few screws and I stopped in to LensCrafters West Town to see if they could repair them. The service not only fixed my glasses, but didn’t charge me anything, which is a rarity in today’s world. The staff so friendly and helpful! I learn about “smart” frames and when I purchase my next pair of sunglasses you CAN believe I will be visiting this store!!! Thank you all so much! Ty

So helpful!!! I forgot my dailies (out of town)and they helped me out! Luckily I had my prescription on my phone. All Madison should go there for contacts/glasses/prescriptions!!!

Both the doctor and the tech who assisted me were very friendly, and made my whole experience smoothe and easy. I was nervous about getting contacts, which was the reason for my visit, but the staff was confident and patient in helping me feel comfortable. They used their knowledge and experience to help with my transition into the world of contact lenses. If you don't want to wait months to get in to a bigger doctor's office, LensCrafters is a great option. I think I will be coming to this office from now on.
