Lastly, I had a change in the glasses tint and not only were they able to do that with no issue, I could keep the original pair until I got the new set in! No sending it in to be replaced! I started off by telling him I am albino and my eyes shake (Nystagmus) and I probably can't use the technology you guys have to figure out my perscription. he neglected that and proceeded to continue to use the machinery. we then went into the eye exam portion and as he was switching between lenses he was second guessing the machines perscription so we went out and did it again. same result. then he proceeded to try the machine that blows into your eye and stated \"it can't do it because your eyes shake.\". so we go back in there and he tries to explain to me about nystagmus which then I told him its because I am albino. it comes with the handicap. He then proceeded to querstion how I drive and see daily. I explained to him I am suppose to wear glasses to drive but I don't and thats why I am here. I get a document to be exempt from the vision portion and have to take the drive portion every time I need to renew my license. I then say I will be getting bifocals as well on my glasses. he then joked \"oh you're 30, you don't need bifocals.\" and then ended up letting me know i need bifocals and how they work. He then proceeded to querstion how I drive and see daily. I explained to him I am suppose to wear glasses to drive but I don't and thats why I am here. I get a document to be exempt from the vision portion and have to take the drive portion every time I need to renew my license. I then say I will be getting bifocals as well on my glasses. he then joked \"oh you're 30, you don't need bifocals.\" and then ended up letting me know i need bifocals and how they work. Maria was incredibly helpful adjusting my glasses and replacing my nose pads. I purchased these frames from a different glasses store and was told that my nose pad style could not be removed however Maria debunked this for me and replaced them with ease. The frames have never sat better on my face!! Thank you!

With the help of Kristen and Maria, my husband and I were able to find the perfect glasses to fit our style and our faces. I had visited two other eye glass stores before purchasing at Lens Crafters. We we're so happy with all the choices and assistance that we ended up purchasing five pairs of glass, lol. Kristen went the extra mile to help us with all our questions, concerns and needs. I highly recommend you check out this store before purchasing your new glasses.

This was the best experience I have ever had picking out and getting new sunglasses; so much so that I got my new eyeglasses here as well! Marie was amazingly helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. I also had never owned prescription sunglasses and the deals and help offered were just too good to pass up. I was able to get prescription sunglasses and eyeglasses, tailored to how I wanted, for the price of one custom pair of sunglasses anywhere else (with insurance). It was incredible! And Marie (and Destiny from Sunglass Hut) were helpful in picking out styles and checking fit and seating. Lastly, I had a change in the glasses tint and not only were they able to do that with no issue, I could keep the original pair until I got the new set in! No sending it in to be replaced! The convenience, knowledge, and service provided here was amazing, and the people working here are awesome.

My Fiance and I went to LensCrafters to get him and I new sunglasses his with prescription. Kristen and Maria were the Associates that helped us. Both were wonderful they explained everything they were doing and helped us find the right frames and styles. I would definitely say if I could give them a 10 I would both are wonderful people.

Patrick, at the Tacoma Mall Macy’s LensCrafters location was super friendly and helpful. I wasn’t aware there was a satellite location inside Macy’s and just happened to walk through. I thought about venturing on to the main location for a quick repair to my frames, but I gave Patrick a shot and was not disappointed! Thank you for taking the time to answer all my questions and getting my frames back in shape!
