Being on the free program you often are treated differt not by your staff. Great experience.

They double booked my appointment and was late to my next appt because of having to wait 45 mins to get in even though I had an appointment. Then I was lied to about the time my contact lenses would be coming in. I told them I needed them rushed I would pay for them before I left the country for 4 weeks. Then when i called to asked why they were not in yet. They told me another lie that they dont do Express shipping even though that is what I was promised at that time. I was not treated with much respect on that phone. I dont know if I will return to lens crafters anymore. Which is disappointing because I have been a customer there for all of my lenses and eye exams for the last 25 years. Very disappointed.

The staff at the Bellingham WA store was great. The only reason I put four stars was that they did not have exactly what I wanted. I had lost my glasses and had to have glasses while I was traveling. The staff called down to a store in Seattle to find the lenses I wanted. I went a ahead and got the strait lenses they had rather than drive down to Seattle and back, but the staff was really great. My only comment is that LensCrafters claim to fame is the ability to get glasses in a hurry. It seems like they are moving more to regional centers to get glasses made rather than making them in the stores. I would think this is giving away what makes them work. I really wish I could have gotten my graduated lenses I really wanted.
Again, the staff could not have been more helpful.

My glasses were returned . I was informed by the consultant that I could go from wearing progressives to single vision just fine. This was not the case . When I went back the new charges were 186.00 to change my lenses ... I had a daily pair and sunglasses not worth it to utilize LensCrafters when I can spend less somewhere else ...
