This was an incredible experience in every way! I’ve never had such a state-of-the-art eye exam, and it was amazing! Sandy guided me through the entire process and was very patient. After my exam, I went next door for an outstanding purchasing experience! Lindsay walked me through everything and provided a lot of helpful explanations. I genuinely look forward to developing my eye care with them!

Service was excellent. Starting with the tech who did my exam. This was my first time having a virtual optometrist and the tech explained everything thoroughly. She had an awesome personality and great energy and made me feel comfortable. Optometrist was patient and didn't mind going back through the lenses to make sure I would be seeing clear. Picking out new frames was a breeze. The associate that helped me did great explaining the type of lense I needed as well as other options. Close to home and they had me in and out. Definitely will be back!!!!

The service was impeccable . Both staff members I interacted with (Nisa and Troycie) were very knowledgeable about the products. The warm, welcoming, attitude and atmosphere made my first time purchasing glasses one to remember . I also really enjoy the quality of the products purchased .

I walked in due to a scratched lense. I was immediately served and was in and out within 15 minutes. Great service.

While the service provided by Lindsey was satisfactory, I requested an emailed or digital receipt. Lindsey indicated she emailed the receipt but it was never received. Once I called the store for a emailed receipt, I was told that it couldn’t be emailed after the fact. That is horrible customer service and has to be improved on Lenscrafter’s part. To be told you can reproduced a digital receipt is archaic to say the least. Get better Lenscrafters

Troycie provided amazing customer service. She was knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and patient. The store is clean and very organized. All of the staff were attentive and offered assistance. My experience was stress free and overall enjoyable. I will continue to purchase eyewear from Lens Crafters.

I stopped by for some glasses repair and the staff was so friendly. They helped me so much and the office was a great location and very clean. Highly recommend!

I went to this location (University Blvd in Suffolk) on Wednesday, Feb 21st to pick out and order a new pair of glasses. I’m not sure if the name of the person that immediately assisted me with picking out the perfect frame for my face and budget, but she was so so pleasant, helped me get the lowest price possible with current promotions and my insurance. She didn’t pressure me into any part of the decision and I was literally in and out of the shop within 30 minutes. (She was a Black female with very short hair and glasses) At check out, they let me know it may be up to 2 weeks to relieve them, but may be earlier and a text would go out once they arrived. My reciept says Sandy was the clerk but I know sometimes receipts don’t always match the person that helped you 🙂 Today, 28 Feb, exactly one week later, I just happened to be in the area and went in to check the status. To my surprise they had just been received in that day’s shipment. I was greeted and fitted which only took a few minutes. This purchase of a new pair of glasses was a major purchase for me, but one I truly needed. The process/timing of getting them was a really positive part of this experience. So thank you SO MUCH!

I thought I’d give them a try to purchase my annual eyewear. First time but definitely will not be the last. Huge selection of both daily eyewear and sunglasses with affordable prices! The Staff is professional and greeted my husband and I as soon as we entered and answered all our questions. Very friendly environment and we didn’t feel rushed or crowded. I didn’t have an eye exam done today, I went looking for a complete pair of eye glasses. They had a sale on the purchase of a complete pair of glasses/lenses today as well. Tara was kind, helpful, and knowledgable. Once I chose my glasses, I asked about the price of a second pair. Tara was very patient and provided an estimate bc you get a discount on a second pair with the purchase of one. She was kind enough to date my estimate for 30 days. I would highly recommend LensCrafters & Tara, minus the higher cost (unless you have insurance).

They have good choice of glasses and everything looks very clean prices only one thing that I didn’t not like after talking about glasses and pricing with one of the ladies while I was leaving the other Dark skin lady with blonde hair that works there was making comments and laughing at me that’s why I’m giving only 3 starts she’s very unprofessional doing that, but other people that works there are great
