Stay away from eye care provider next door, if Lenscrafter will allow a vendor to rip people off so will they. You pay before the appointment then afterwards they add on additional charge. Paid $50 before even being seen and they demanded an additional $30 afterwards, because the front desk guy made a mistake because he was "moving" to fast.

Stacy was wonderful. She was friendly, courteous, & informative. I was in and out in no time and felt very confident in the purchase. Can’t wait for my new glasses. :)

I've had a horrible experience with your chesapeake location today. I made an appointment for each of my teenagers today, well in advance of the appointment time. The address provided on multiple platforms is incorrect. There was only 1 appointment booked, not 2 as I set up. The location only has 1 doctor so how could I book with 2? The lensecrafter location, when found, wasn't even where the exam was to take place! The receptionists where the exams happen were not bothered with learning the system shows two doctors nor did they try to rectify the situation by helping us have both patients seen. I was told to take a seat and they would check in my 1 son. Not acceptable. You can't provide the service I requested and weren't apologetic or anything. I'll take my business elsewhere. I hope you don't treat all your customers this way.

I love the new location and the young lady who assisted me was both knowledgeable and courteous.

Love my lenses! I brought in my own frame. I got progressive lenses, AR coding with transition (tints to the sun) my purchase experience and pick up experience was wonderful!! I recently went back to ask for an adjusted, and the Oriental woman I worked with made me feel very uncomfortable, and not welcomed. I was trying to explain to her that the frame still feels uncomfortable when I wear it and she said, “it’s a plastic frame there’s nothing you can do about that “she didn’t offer any tips or advice. It was a very awkward experience. 😣

Purchased a name brand high end frame and progressive transition lenses in July 2023 with insurance. The lens cost outright is about $700-800 without insurance. Per staff recommendation I purchase the frame / lenses insurance with $25 deductible. Had glasses about 8 months to date. Lenses are slightly scratched. I stopped by a location to inquire how the insurance works. Only had to pay the $25 co pay for new lenses. Worth the $$$ I paid for the protection plan back in July 2023. Per staff when the new lenses come in, it will take about 30 to 45 minutes to cut lenses and fit to frame. At lease some insurance and customer service is worth it these days!!!

Went to LensCrafters, Greenbrier Mall, Chesapeake, Virginia, for the past three years for our glasses. In every instance the professionals at the store helped us throughout the entire purchase.

We loved our visit to LensCrafters. We received excellent "white glove" service start to end. There are a wide range of frame fashions to pick from; the staff was knowledgeable and ready to assist through out the experience; and we love the 3 glasses that we purchased. Highly recommend LensCrafters at the Greenbrier Mall in Chesapeake.

This store has had my glasses ready for pickup for 5 days now. This is the same store I had to return my glasses to because they didn't get my prescription right. I literally had to call them myself to find out the status of said glasses. The lady laughed and said that some put in the system that they had sent me TXT. At no time did I get a TXT, a Email, and no phone call. I had to call them. This will be the last time I use them, my wife stopped using them for the same reasons. Customer service is horrible at this store.

The doctor and associates that helped me at both Harbor Eye Care and LensCrafters were very courteous and friendly.

Went in to price Ray Ban Metas and to verify they accept my insurance. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. They were transparent and didn’t try to force any unnecessary add ons. I was able to get eye exam same day. And when price of glasses came up to be more than I was originally quoted earlier, they honored that quote. Highly recommended this location.

The original person assisting me tried to convince me that my glasses were broken and I needed a new pair. I kept saying, but it's just a screw missing. A different associate came forward to examine the glasses and confirmed that, yes, the glasses needed a new screw.

You ripped off my daughter by talking her into various eye exams she did not need!!! Very angry!!!

LensCrafters is the place you can walk in and find exactly what you are looking for. Quality name brand glasses by the dozen hanging on the wall, the only issue is narrowing done to one. My husband and each purchased eyewear and I even purchased a second pair for reading. Stores are clean and well stocked, and everyone greets you as you walk in. Today Sasha worked with both of us to ensure we were happy with our choices. Definitely would recommend LensCrafters.

I cannot afford eye glasses at the ophthalmologist's office. Tricia helped me find a pair of frames that I could afford. Luckily, the lenses were half price, as I have to wear bifocals. The second pair of glasses are half price, so I will return and purchase sunglasses.
