Went nto this Lenscrafers location to order lenses for my Ray Ban sunglasses. Nicholas provided great customer sevice he was professional, courtrous and very helpful. He made the ordering process very easy, smooth and painless. Overall it was a positive experience and I recommend this location. Thank you, Nicholas!

I went into the LensCrafter in Round Rock off of I-35 as soon as I walked in Fabian greeted me and immediately helped me out. This was the first time this has happened at this location typically I have to wait a while even when nobody's customers are here. Excellent customer service very patient with me and did everything I needed him to do.

The people there are good, but Lens crafter makes the worse lens that doesnt even last a year after. They used to make good lens but looks like not anymore...will never go back to them.

Kinna and staff were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make my experience easy, pleasant and really helped to make the purchase at affordable as possible. It’s refreshing to have such great customer service!

The staffs here tried to gaslight me that the lenses (from my newly purchased glasses) poking my face was my problem and was NOT WILLING to help me fix it Please go to the ones on Research Blvd if you're a Lenscrafter fan or if your insurance uses Lenscrafter. I had an issue with my glasses’ tiny screws all day long in class; I couldn’t grade my students’ papers because I just wasn’t able to tighten them. My wife simply called the store when I got home and referred me to Nick (asst. manager); he took care of them right away. Great customer service!

Paid hundreds of dollars for my frames and am in pain because the frames hurt, i went back for adjustment to no relief. On the other hand, the doctors and staff are very incompetent, my prescription has been revised two times but if the reading pc screen gets better the reading gets blured and if reading improves, the distance is unclear. The manager is never around. The staff is incompetent. I am not sure how they are staying in business, I do not recommend this company.

CONSUMER BEWARE! It's mind blowing and disheartening for me to see that innocent and honest people are getting conned by this management-less company and its incompetent doctors.

Horrible service! I spent 1 hour looking for glasses by myself until the associate decided to acknowledge me, I guess her cell phone and peer conversation took precedence…Associates have no knowledge on how to answer specific optical or basic optician questions. They do not know the difference between ophthalmic glasses and sun glasses. I waited a month for tinted glasses, for my migraines- I had to call, them and remind them I had paid and placed my order!!!! They told me my order had been cancelled, as to the reason why?? No one knew?? After a month and half of waiting they gave me a pair of sunglasses!!! Not lightly tinted lenses- like it reads on my prescription and or I told them many times!!! Absolutely absurd!! I have worked for lens crafters as a sales associate years back. Luxottica, does train their associates at least to be efficient in answering basic customer questions. And they do train you to know the difference between sunglasses and a tinted lens opthalmic glasses. Apparently the manager at this location only cares about the sales and not about properly training their staff. Their frames are always filthy and price tags on the side of their frames ( it doesn’t only tell you how much you’ll pay) are always covered in the previous customer’s make up. Disgusting!!! They don’t clean their frames like they supposed to, before resetting them back on the displays. Or replace the stained price tags. I’m returning these glasses and going to a local optical shop with properly trained personnel. I like the Luxottica premium brand frames… but, with this experience I’ll think twice before I get glasses from them.

I stopped in after going out to lunch browsing new frames and getting some information on a pair of glasses, I to go run some additional errands because of Shay who was incredibly nice, polite, and courteous acknowledging me while working with a customer earlier and was not only the sole person on the floor. I only came back to purchase because of her. Upon returning there was another woman working named Keena who asked if I would like help. Initially I wanted Shay to get the commission. I already was due for an eye appointment Rather than wait until tomorrow, they had an opening today and was able to be seen and have my appointment completed in under 45 minutes. Returning next door. I was in the process of finalizing payment with Keena despite My prefference. I stated I did not want up charges and upon checking out was told a much higher price. She will not allow me to see the breakdown of the price until I have already paid And stated once paid full price cannot be refunded only for another pair of glasses of equal or lesser value. This did not make sense and seemed suspicious so I stepped outside and contacted my insurance provider. They informed me that there should be partial coverage for my frames. I went back in and spoke to the manager Daniel and asked him to explain why the charge was quoted much higher. He was very nice and polite and actually showed me the breakdown which shows me that she lied to me not only about the price And attempted to slip on additional up charges but that she actually could have shown me the breakdown before payment was made. If it weren't for him I would not have made a purchase and I would have never returned to LensCrafters. Both of these 2 individuals prevented you from losing not only a sale but a valuable customer.

I entered the store < 10 minutes before closing, just to ask about my warranty. I left a little after closing with a brand new set of frames! Jarol is a rock star!

Partnership with round rock vision is a major lack in their quality of care. A lack of communication, acknowledgment. The patient representatives does not practice active listening. Starting with their manager Maria. The lenscrafters staff said nothing to me during my time at the location nor did they even acknowledge my presence.the issue started with lenscrafters and ended with their partner and next door neighbor Round Rock Vision. A lack of accountability for both brands and blammed me the patient for not reading a text message in which i was not informed that one was being sent without my permission!!!!

This was my first time using LensCrafters and I was very pleased. My sales associate Shaquaille was patient with. me as I tried on a lot of different frames. She was knowledgeable about the options to fill my eyeglass prescription. There was a huge selection of frames. I needed frames with nose pads and they needed to look good on me. She was honest about the different frames that I tried on and how they looked on me. I will be going to LensCrafters from now on to fill my prescription.

From my eye exam to searching for glasses, I wish I can could give 10000 stars!!! Dr. Dennis explained how and why my vision changed shower me the difference between my old perception and my new. The front desk ladies have some of the best customer service! I recommend this location to everyone!!! Oh yea and the service was fast, my appt was at 12:10, I had my appt and chose my glasses by 1:10. One more thing the ladies that assisted with choosing my lens greater me when walking in and out!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!

I went to Lens Crafters on a Sunday, and they were very busy as expected. No one greeted me upon entering or told me they would help me soon. I browsed the glasses myself and picked a pair. I stood waiting and was finally asked if I needed help. The sales person was helpful but not really personable; however, she was efficient, pulled up my insurance quickly, took my measurements and checked me out at the register. Their selection of eyewear is pretty good but the service could be better.
