If you would have asked me yesterday, I would have given them a 5star. I have ordered several glasses from here. Some have had to be remade for different reasons (2) or I had to trade some out for different reasons (2). They were always willing to work with me. Today I went in bc I wasn’t LOVING my new glasses. I had them adjust 4xs in less than a month and I just couldn’t get them to fit right without hurting my ears or sliding down. I told the lady working with me, I just need to love them. What can we do? Her response was, “we can’t remake anymore glasses for you” I was like, I didn’t ask you that. I mean, I could return them but I’m trying to get this to work. With insurance I paid over $750 out of MY pocket. Without it would have been over $1600….Spending that kind of money on glasses a person should LOVE their glasses and not be hit with a comment that wasn’t even being talked about!!! Take it to the manager you would say, right? Well, that’s where the comment came from to begin with. Not cool :(

I absolutely love this location! They are extremely kind and take care of you within a matter of seconds after you walk in. I have had only the best experiences and will continue to come here. I love the location of this store compared to others as well. It’s right in the middle of everything and is very easily accessible! I appreciate you guys for all your time and patience!!!

I recently visited the Valley Ranch store and was extremely satisfied with my experience. The store was neat and well-organized, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. Alexia assisted me and was incredibly helpful and kind while I was selecting glasses. Although I only planned to get one pair, I ended up with three pairs, all from well-known brands, and they were priced the same as the no-name brands from another optical store that had issued me a refund. I owe my gratitude to Alexia for that! She took the time to explain my insurance benefits, informing me that with my plan, I could receive a 50% discount on frames and lenses after buying one pair. This was the first time I had learned about this benefit since obtaining this insurance many years ago. Thank you, Alexia! I’m excited to finally read without relying on my Dollar Store readers! I highly recommend this location!

Travis was an amazing associate to work with. He was very knowledgeable of the different products. I knew what I wanted and he suggested improvements on my choice without trying to over sell me. I will post again once I receive my glasses but I already have a great first impression.

Yall -- go see these people for your glasses needs. I called the day before school started freaking out needing glasses made in an hour -- they still do that, fyi. My daughter's prescription doesn't qualify for that, but let me tell you...the lady that answered the phone was gonna find a solution, while being so calm and calming me down! She was calling around to find an optometrist that would see my daughter that afternoon. Turns out I found an old rx, figured out they couldn't be made in an hour, so made a normal appt for Wednesday. Went to the optometrist, which is next door (FANTASTIC experience there as well) then back to Lens Crafters. It's like walking into an upscale jewelry store. The gentleman that assisted her finding the perfect frames was fantastic and kind. He went over everything on the bill with me, guided her on frames, weight of lenses, etc. Wasn't there to sell us something that ultimately wouldn't be comfortable. Will always go back here. Without a doubt.

Today I went into the LensCrafters and new Caney Valley Ranch and I was met with two Beautiful ladies, Sonia and Ashley. These ladies went above and beyond their call of duty. They helped me pick out beautiful frames with awesome prices, and I am forever thankful for the kindness that they showed me.
