I am a longtime LensCrafters customer who recently moved from Florida to Frisco, TX. I purchased two pairs of glasses at the Stonebriar location and was very pleased with the service. For the first time ever, I needed to use the company’s 30-day satisfaction/exchange policy as one very attractive pair of RayBan carbon-fiber frames that I chose just weren’t comfortable after wearing them on and off for a couple of weeks. Lauren and Laurence from the LensCrafters team were super helpful through the process. They ultimately helped me settle on a replacement frame that was also very attractive but better suited my needs in terms of comfort. Both these team members were extremely kind and patient and provided great advice that led to a positive solution!

Received text glasses were delayed 2 weeks after I orders them, it’s now been a month. So I called store, still delayed and would look into it. Received voicemail, apparently something like this - So…frame was on back order…was stuck in processing…was then re-ordered (I assume today) and on its way, but still in process…that was in a voice mail… I then called same day to verify and was told it was the lens having an issue and needed remade. So apparently glasses didn’t get order or order didn’t get completed on their end and it was tick in limbo for a month… I’ll give it a week than have my credit card stop payment.

Zacarias helped me to fix my sunglasses frame. He did a GREAT job and save me a hundred dollars!! THANKS Zac!!!

Ronie at Frisco Stone Briar Mall location goes above and beyond always. He gives full attention and professional advice to his customers to make the right choice. He is an asset to Lens Crafter.

Carla is a very knowledgeable and kind, person with a lot of patience. I am so greatful for her honest opinion and willingness to help. She is the only reason why I returned and purchased a second pair of glasses. Your company is lucky have her.

LensCrafters has taken my payment months ago and will not send my glasses! They continue to send me other customers information including names and personal home addresses for orders that are not mine! DO NOT USE LENSCRAFTERS!

We’ve been going to Lenscrafters for about 10 years and this location is by far the best. I had a very good experience today after I arrived right at 8pm which I didn’t realize was closing time. Ronnie went above and beyond to help me and my daughter. He fixed my daughter’s glasses which had been damaged during basketball and without asking him, he knew my previous order of glasses was ready and he went and got them for me. This level of customer service is admirable and my family appreciates how Ronnie went above and beyond to serve us today. We will continue going to this location for sure.

I love Lens Crafters and I keep coming back!! I love the people and selection of glasses to choose from here. I even have out of Network Insurance but will pay the higher cost because of the service. Andrew helped me this time and was very helpful and professional and patient.

Rony was very helpful and assisting me and getting lenses for my Ray-Ban Meta glasses before a trip I had planned. The customer service I received here is nothing short of five star! Even called the Northpark location, which is closest to me and no answer So I made the 40 minute trip and I I’m glad that I did.

I had a frustrating experience trying to return glasses at this LensCrafters location. The store manager refused to process my return, even though the company website explicitly states that purchases can be returned at any store. The manager referred to a general statement that glasses should be returned to the original store, but this contradicts the policy online. This lack of consistency and poor customer service was disappointing. I expected a smoother process, especially from a reputable brand. I hope LensCrafters addresses this inconsistency and ensures better training for store staff

For the moment I walked in I had a good experience. I was greeted by several people, especially Rony the manager. He was very friendly and answered all my questions that I had. He was patient and helped me with choosing my new glasses. I will definitely continue to go to this location because of a great service I received.

Went to Lens Crafters #2124 and had the best customer service from assistant manager, Rony Pothers! Mr. Pothers welcomed me at the store and gave me first the space I needed to look at the glasses. Then he guided me into finding a frame that would replace my broken frame. I appreciated how he listened to me and showed me a variety of glasses, allowed me to try on and spend time with frames, and we picked out a fantastic pair of frames. He was kind, knowledge, helpful, and fun! I look forward to returning to the same Lens Crafters whenever I need another pair of glasses!

I have been going to this facility for years and have always had a good experience. I also wanted to give a shoutout to Rony as he went above and beyond to take care of me. I misplaced something in the mall and he retrieved it and got it personally delivered at my home.

I came in a few days ago and Zack (shortening his name bc I don’t want to botch it) was the biggest help. He hand-picked frames that worked best for me (that I loved and never would’ve pick up on my own) & helped me navigate my insurance. Making a purchase like this can be stressful, but he made it super efficient and I’m very appreciative.

Arrogant and unprofessional Assistant store manager ( Roxy or Ronnie) . Customer service is the last things you can expect from him..

We have been going to LensCrafters at Stonebriar and enjoy getting new glasses from here every year. It is always great to see Ronny and have him help us out in the store. He truly makes customers feel welcomed and builds a friendly environment for everyone regardless of who you are. Even when the store is really busy he takes the time to make sure everything is done right. He is definitely your go to guy!
