Had a scheduled appointment and showed up to Dr Hashemi office and it was locked. Called multiple times with no answer and asked the employees within the lenscrafters store for help and they were unable to reach doctor either. Those employees were very sweet and helpful but will not be going back

Do not trust them with your glasses! They put in my order wrong and took over a month to deliver. They got rude once I requested a refund and had to visit them multiple times before getting my money back. 👎

I'm relatively new to eye glasses and spent a few hours at different stores looking over racks of cheap frames. Most of those places had a rack of two of "premium" frames, but many were locked up and there really weren't many to choose from, particularly for men. The limited selection and minimal help from staff was disappointing. The LensCrafters store was new in the area and a completely different experience. The whole store was fully of high-quality frames. A knowledgeable specialist pulled lots of frames and walked me through everything. It was a night and day difference from all the other stores. It's not a discount outlet, but well worth it for something I'll use all day, everyday.

My wife ordered her prescription sunglasses here before Christmas 2024. Here it is February 11, 2025 and she still has not received them. They keep making excuses. If you are in no hurry, take your chances. Poor customer service at this location.

Understaffed. Took about a month to get my glasses and then they had the wrong prescription. Luckily I was able to get a full refund. Shipping boxes are stacked on the front desk. They could use someone helping them organize orders so they know what has arrived so they can serve customers better.

My glasses were promised 1/21/2025 (ordered 1/11/2025)... I called on 1/21 and was told they are complete but haven't shipped yet and the new promise date is 1/27/2025 but with a phone call it could be sooner since they are complete. I called 1/27/2025 and was told again they are complete but haven't moved yet and the new promise date was 1/30/2025. I called today 1/30/2025 and they are still not in but hopefully will be within the next few days?!?!

Ordered and paid over $1200 for 2 pair of frames/lenses and a pair of sunglasses on 12/26/2024. Two had arrived but my pair had not arrived as of 1/25/2025 but multiple excuses have. First order for me arrived from the lab in Farmers Branch on 1/17 but only lenses, no frame, and the prescription was wrong. Reordered from a different lab only to find out after an additional two weeks that the lab is in Taiwan. Cancelled the order for mine, was told by both Dawson and a Regional Manager that I would get an email by today (1/27/25) stating this and a refund would be applied to my card that was used to pay. No email, no refund. Going to call and make a personal appearance at the store. Fair warning to anyone considering LensCrafters. Best of luck. We will never use them again.

I recently visited LensCrafters for an eye exam and to get fitted for new frames. Dr. Hashemi was thorough, efficient, and very considerate of my limited time, which I really appreciated. The next day, Yolanda assisted me with selecting the perfect frames. She was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. The customer service was fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with my experience!

I needed two new pairs of glasses and Yolanda was the best! She was so patient with me and helped me try on tons of frames and pick out the best ones for my face shape. She even found a pair that I never would have picked up, suggested them to me and I ended up loving them and buying them. Definitely go to Lenscrafters and ask for Yolanda!

Monica and Josh were so helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. They were especially helpful when I was trying to pick frames. They were patient and answered all my questions. I’m thrilled to see a new LensCrafters store in Denton! I’ve been a loyal customer since 2018 and recently purchased a new pair of eyeglasses from your Denton location on August 18th. Unfortunately, the first pair didn’t fit quite right, so I requested a replacement on August 24th. The staff at the store were very accommodating and immediately processed the replacement, ordering a new frame for me under the 30-day policy. I’d especially like to thank Joash for his excellent service. He was incredibly responsible, took the time to adjust the new frame, and ensured it was as comfortable as possible. I truly appreciate his help!

Josh is absolutely amazing he helped me style my frame and got me into the thinnest lightest lenses possible and kept me around my budget of 500.00$!!!

Lady kept getting my stuff wrong. What ahould have been 30 min or less too over 1.5hrs. I already picked out my frames on line had the model # and everything. Im.still not 100% if she got them ordered right. We will see when they come in.

So glad finally have a lenscrafters in Denton. Love the store. First time I went in Monica helped me pick out frames and was so helpful and great, she is so sweet and energetic can tell she loves styling people and helping in general. Dawson and Terry are very helpful and pleasant to deal with too. I did have a slight issue that when I went back in Terry was super helpful and got Nicholas to help me. Nicholas was wonderful at assisting and getting everything handled for me. Went over and above to make sure I was happy and taken care of. I will definitely continue to go back for glasses here and see the same wonderful people who assisted me. If you are in the market for glasses make sure to go in and see either Monica, Terry, Dawson or Nicholas they will go over and above to assist. Thanks again for all the help!!
