Finally, she even adjusted my old frames so they fit right now and can serve as my backup pair of glasses. All around this was a great experience. For example, I had to go there when the tiny screw holding my glasses together fell out and was lost. Both of the ladies working that day were able to find a screw among all looked like at least a hundred sizes they had on hand. When I asked what the cost was, the lady who had spent at least 30 minutes trying to fix my glasses said \"oh, no charge. We're here to help you get back to normal.\" I was so surprise and grateful that I immediately decided to move all my eye work to them. No need to drive into Austin. I asked right away the other lady to help me to set up an eye review after the holidays. They are all about the customer and have everything I need. Thank me so much for there for me. I know with covid and no touching it's difficult to do. Very hard to explain what was wrong with the frames. I've never had to deduce things by myself before. She got them level but after I left I realized the left eye piece was tilted against my eyelashes. So annoying but I couldn't bring myself to go back to the office. They offer support by friendly folks who are very well versed in their skills, materials, masses of glasses to choose from, well done work on fixing glasses, and keeping me up on what they can do to help me. For example, I had to go there when the tiny screw holding my glasses together fell out and was lost. Both of the ladies working that day were able to find a screw among all looked like at least a hundred sizes they had on hand. When I asked what the cost was, the lady who had spent at least 30 minutes trying to fix my glasses said \"oh, no charge. We're here to help you get back to normal.\" I was so surprise and grateful that I immediately decided to move all my eye work to them. No need to drive into Austin. I asked right away the other lady to help me to set up an eye review after the holidays. They are all about the customer and have everything I need. Thank me so much for there for me. Our recent visit to the Bee Cave location was a 10 star customer service experience! The staff are outstanding and very experienced on all levels! The manager Ladonna was great on the phone initially and so we took a drive and were so glad we did not try to order online! There are some things you just need to do in person and selecting and getting the proper measurements for the frame is key! Elizabeth or Liz waited on us and with her 19 years of experience with Lenscrafter's we knew we were in good hands! Please do yourself a favor and go to the store in person and meet this delightful staff yourself. It will make your day!! This store should be a model for all of the locations!! Thank you ladies!!

So grateful for the efforts of two Lenscrafter team members who helped me when I was desperate to find a solution to replace a lost eye pad for my glasses that had fallen off while I was overseas. The metal without the silicon eye pad had eventually caused the side of my nose to become tender and I am blind without my glasses! I am so appreciative for their help and kindness. Once I get my new eye Rx, I will return to LensCrafters to find a new pair of frames ! Thank you so much :)!

Following an eye examination and with a new prescription, I went here to pick out new lenses and frames. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. Abigail was very patient with me while I tried on many frames and offered great suggestions on which fit me best. While selecting the lenses, she carefully explained my options and answered all my questions. Finally, she even adjusted my old frames so they fit right now and can serve as my backup pair of glasses. All around this was a great experience. I can't recommend this location and the staff more!

I went in for new frames and sunglasses. LaDonna at the Bee Cave store helped me. She went above and beyond to help me. Not only was she just nice and helpful in helping me select frames, the right color, etc. but I also had trouble with my insurance and she helped walk me through that so I could receive the full benefit. This was my 3rd time to purchase glasses from this store and have never received the service I did today. Ask for LaDonna!
