Haley, Alex, Daniel and Crystal, we're there to help me along every step of the way. I'm a very indecisive person I ended up spending 2 hours figuring out which lens I wanted then once I got them I went back because I didn't like them and I spent another 2 hours trying to figure it out which went over there hours of operations but they still helped me and now I have two pairs of glasses.

They let me know my glasses were available to be picked up..... Ten minutes before they close. I wonder what the company policy is? Why did they even tell me? Couldve just done it tomorrow.

I went in to get an emergency repair on my glasses after I lost a screw and one of the lenses fell out. They fixed it in no time at no cost to me and also gave me a free case. Really professional and kind--this is exactly why LensCrafters is my go to place for eye care.

I stopped by to ask if they would adjust the fit of my sunglasses. They don’t carry the brand of my sunglasses so they were a bit reluctant. Nevertheless, Daniel helped me out and carefully adjusted the two pairs that I brought. He also adjusted my husband’s sunglasses. He was very helpful and kind. Thank you Daniel.

They were so nice and helpful they changed my nose pads for me and tightened my screws for my glasses!! Will definitely go again when I need new nose pads

Really great experience, got my glasses crooked in an accident. Got really worried, came to LensCrafters and they got my glasses fixed in 5 minutes! They ended up better than before I broke them, they were lose and now they feel tighter and more comfy! Didn’t get charged anything, the doctor was really nice and now I feel like I got a place to bring my glasses feel bad!

I only came in to get new lenses for my frames but Jorge actually helped me out and saved me money. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the glasses I chose! I'll definitely be doing my exams here in th future!

Great location, full of lovely people. I brought in a frame I had gotten a while ago in NJ and without a lot of hope, asked if they could fix it for me. Not only did they take the time out of a busy evening (the store was busy and all staff were occupied with actual customers buying items), but did a wonderful job with reattaching my frame. I am in search of a new set of frames and will definitely go back to this particular store to give them my business as they gave such a great customer service experience.

We stopped to Lens Crafters in Barton Springs Mall in Austin to get my wife’s glasses adjusted. Jorge Thomas was our technician. He could not have been more skilled or gracious with his time. We really appreciate the attention and expertise.

I've been coming here since 2009 and these past two years I don't know what has happened with the quality of customer service. I broke my glasses and when I went to get the same pair and perscription, they informed me they did not have my measurements from my previous visit and had to get remeasured. The lenses had to be remade twice due to the pupillary distance measurement being incorrect. The first technician tried to use my broken glasses to take the measurement. I advised her to use a pair that was not broken in order to get an accurate measurement. I had to return a second time after I could not see accurately. The second technician was so adamant that the measurements were right that we walked over to the optometrist to recheck my perscription. There were no issues with the prescription. She agreed to measure my eyes again but her demenor was not pleasant after that. After two trips I still did not have working glasses.

Eric was awesome! I’ve shopped on many separate occasions with him (four that I can remember) and he never fails to deliver an exceptional experience. He’s very knowledgeable in terms of options as well as pricing. Highly recommend!

My wife was 3 minutes late and was turned away as she had not filled out paperwork on a portal that wouldn’t work. Receptionist was adamant to the point of being rude that this was their policy. Must be nice to be able to turn away a $700 plus appointment over 3 minutes. Never again! Buyer beware!

So apparently the online deals are not the same as the in-store deals, But on the website, it states in store and online. The lady was trying to talking me into Spending more money than what the actual price was, Then states you have to account for overhead and our rent for this area. As a customer, why do you think I want to hear about all of that. Then she states maybe you should order online versus buying something from them in store. So I did. And ended up saving 102$ . They’re very disrespectful in store

The service is terribly bad and totally unacceptable. I had my glasses done here. The pair is really a very simple single vision one. I had only one request: glass should be as thin as the one I was wearing or similar. By the way, my vision did not change at all. I paid additional as required, but the glasses come back three times thicker than my current one, and also thicker than similar ones. I thought this might be a mistake, so I called the store. After hearing the situation, the person impatiently told me that I didn't request the polycarbonate material. After checking the actual order, and told me that what i have is with the right poly material and impossible for them to make a mistake. I went back to the store to show them glasses, I was treated the same way. I had to return the glasses. The impression they gave to me is that they are arrogant and couldn't care less about customers' questions and concerns. I strongly recommend not come to this place for your glasses. Glasses are very important that you are wearing them all the time. Any mistake would have a big impact on your eyes health.

Dale made the annual getting-new-glasses experience very easy to accomplish this year, boiling all options down to a single piece of paper from which to choose the glasses I wanted, the way I wanted them. Nice. What a relief! Really appreciate her professionalism and getting things all shaped up for me to sign and go on my merry way. On top of that Dale is a gifted conversationalist and we had a great chat while doing the work. It was a pleasant time at Lens Crafters this afternoon. Thanks Dale!

I had been coming to LensCrafters at Barton Springs every year from 2019-January 2024. It wasn’t until I went somewhere else (Lone Star Eye) that I realized that LensCrafters at Barton Springs does the eye exam with an unreliable old-school process. With how advanced technology has become, there are other places that can do a more thorough job without all the discomfort, like the anticipation of waiting for a spray of liquid to shoot into your eyes and getting your eyes diluted. I’ve seen the optometrist, Joseph Saavedra when I couldn’t preferably book an appointment with Timothy Wright. Joseph Saavedra must have been having an off day because he made a face when I asked a question. I guess, he thought I asked a stupid question but it shouldn’t have mattered. That experience has made an impression on me and I haven’t returned since. The LensCrafters store where you purchase your frames next door has a high turnaround rate of employees, which expresses that the company must have a low-morale atmosphere. I’ve worked with some good opticians and some bad ones that made it obvious it was their first week. If you are set on going to LensCrafters, and nowhere else, I recommend driving to their Bee Caves location, even if it is a little far out.

I walked in to the Barton Creek mall LensCrafters, with no appointment and a small repair need, for a brand of sunglasses LensCrafters doesn’t sell. Laura was able to see me right away and fix me up. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks Laura!

I stop in to see if they would fix my glasses and Dale met me at the door asking me how I was doing and how she could help me. She eagerly addressed my concern treated me with curtesy and respect even though she knew I wasn't buying glasses and shared some things that would help me with the up keep my glasses. It's always nice to meet people with servants heart asking how may I help you and not what can you do for me.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The store was busy and the staff still managed to acknowledge each customer and then made the rounds in a timely manner, helping each customer. Our staff member (Laura V.) made us feel comfortable and appreciated.
