I ordered a pair of glasses paid in full, I was told they would be in within 7 days after 7 days no text for pick up so I called them was told 10 days so called after 10days then they said they had to wait longer for order and now it showed 18 days I called after 18 days to be told due to the New Year’s Day holiday they were behind! And still hadn’t shipped and now we’re looking at 21-22 days. I’m beyond irritated. I know they will eventually come in but for something that is a need because I am blind without my eyeglasses, they should do better! If you’re buying glasses from here expect it to take a month before you get them!

The people here were lovely and so courteous, however I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment at 11am and didn't get seen for a pre exam until 1130 and again I expected a wait so it wasn't that big of a deal but then another wait to not have my exam until 1230 is a little ridiculous. What is the point of having an appointment time if I won't get seen until an hour and a half later?

Shelly made my experience so great, and quick. I have never purchased glasses before, so when I got my prescription I was nervous about the whole process. She explained the store so well, and walked me through every step. She was so professional and kind. Thank you Shelly for making this experience so great for me! The store was also very clean and organized.

My brother and I went in earlier this week, and a wonderful, sweet woman by the name of Carousel took care of us as to what we needed. What did it for me was her conversation. These days people like to just do their job and get on with life--she willingly spoke with me about my job and everything. She definitely deserves a raise or to be employee of the month! She made our day!

An Assistant Manager, Jana, helped me with my glasses and sunshades. I can’t say enough good things. Jana was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and everything you would want in an associate. She was most helpful in answering questions and explaining things. She did not rush me. Jana also reassured me by explaining the guarantee and 30 day service. Because of Jana I would go back again and recommend Lens Crafters to others. I would definitely give Jana top rating and all the stars available. Lens Crafters need more associates like Jana. She is top notch.

I purchased a Tiffany & Co frame in February. Before I had them 60 days the black started peeling off. I spoke to the manager by phone and brought them in and showed her. She thought maybe there was something wrong with that particular frame and ordered another one. That frame also started peeling. I asked Saturday if I could get a different frame and pay the difference since I had to order lenses due to scratches. The lady working said she would see and let me know. I guess the answer was no because she apparently put the new lenses in the same frame. We live an hour and a half away. Received a text an hour after we got home that they were ready. I called and asked if it was a new frame or old ones. They said the original ones. I am very disappointed in the low quality of such an expensive frame and no one's willingness to even work with us, especially when Julie told us that we would do something different if the second frame did the same thing. I guess since Julie is no longer there, they would not help us. I now have black frames that peel every time I clean the lenses. Won't buy from Lenscrafters again.... 8/10/23: I am editing my review to reflect the fact that Jana reached out to me to explain they are going to work with me and are going to exchange my glasses due to the issues with the original frames. I appreciate Jana reaching out and taking care of this the way she has.

The employees were great and did a great job in repairing my glasses!

I went to the store in the mall last week to get an eye exam frames and lenses. I picked them up yesterday after wearing them all day I decided that I really wasn’t satisfied. I called a few minutes ago and spoke with a young lady named Jana. Jana was absolutely perfect working with me to get things changed. Since I was complaining I expected Jana to be annoyed. She was a 10+ In customer service. I was so impressed with the outcome of the phone call I was compelled to submit this review. I hope Jana gets recognition for her dedication and excellent professionalism. I would highly recommend Lens Crafters!! OKAY FOLKS NEW UPDATE: I wanted to add to my review because I had to include a comment on Vicky. She has been so sweet and kind throughout the process of getting things just the way that I wanted them. Great people great service!!

Service here is pretty bad. My appointment for an eye exam was at 1 pm. I arrived at 1:06 pm, so a few minutes late. At 1:40 pm, there were still 3 people ahead of me to be seen. I politely asked the front desk how much longer the wait might be and couldn't get a straight answer from her. She wasn't outright rude, but she was very passive aggressive. Eventually, she said total appointment time is an hour including wait time and exam time, IF you're on time. I acknowledged that yes I was a little bit late but I still thought I'd be pulled back sometime around 1 pm. She literally said "oh, no one is ever seen at the time of their appointment." What's the point of the appointment then? I can understand running behind or whatever on a bad day-no problem- but this seemed like this is just the norm and if you don't like it, too bad. No apologies from the front desk lady at all. Had I stayed, pretty sure I wouldn't have been pulled back until sometime after 2 pm. No thanks. I left and definitley won't be back.

My husband got new insurance so I had to look for a new eye doctor for our daughter and I'm glad we came here. Usually I prefer our small town doctor over larger stores but I was actually impressed with the knowledge and help we got. I wish I could remember the doctors name but the tall gentleman was great. Plus we were able to go next door and get frames.

LC took my insurance and was able to get me in next day. Great experience today. Also, picked out a pair of frames for the bifocals I now need! Stinks, getting old, but nice to have found a place that made it convenient!

The doctor is a dot head Indian that is more of a sales man then a doctor she pushed progressive glasses with readers and I have a astigmatism worse thing ever I have had to return 3 times now to get them back to what I need and also pushing readers onto ppl that don't even need them this quack needs to be removed is there any true American doctors out there anymore

After shopping two other stores looking for a new pair of glasses and sunglasses today, my wife and I were glad we went into LensCrafters in the Mall of Abilene. We should’ve gone there first. Anthony was the gentleman who helped me. His many years knowledge of working with glasses, explaining all the options available, friendliness, and sincerity of helping me make the right decision was his main focus. He saved me a lot of money! Not only did I buy a pair of glasses and sunglasses, but we will return next month after my wife’s eye exam to get her new glasses and sunglasses. Definitely repeat and happy customers here. Be sure and ask for Anthony.
