Loved the staff in the store front and in the actual eye doctor office. I had a wonderful experience, lots of laughs, and overall felt very comfortable and welcomed by everyone there.

I wanted to share my experience with ordering contact lenses! Previously, I got a six-month box from an online provider, but unfortunately, the lenses were disappointing and the customer service left a lot to be desired. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Jocelyn at LensCrafters in Mt. Pleasant, and what a difference! She truly knew exactly what I needed and provided fantastic advice along with friendly service. I learned my lesson: when it comes to finding knowledgeable and helpful assistance, Jocelyn is the go-to person! If you're in the area and need contact lenses, definitely ask for her!

Great service great frames and lenses provided. I got the Armani glasses and they’re freaking really nice. It’s got the blue light filter in the scratch resistant as well. The protection plan is worth it for a year!!!!

LensCrafters is phenomenal. Arnisha's attention to detail, humor, and vivacity was infectious. I highly recommend requesting for her assistance or at least stopping by to view their selection. Their sales, prices and transparency are evident and help assure trust in the purchase that you're making, and I could've easily spent my whole day there, chatting with everyone. I highly recommend for anyone who hates the optometrist or shopping for frames - the kindness and customer service is unmatched where fitting, lenses and options are easily explained and priced out with full visibility. Sincerely couldn't recommend anywhere better.

First I want to say that Tareesa was awesome , very polite and professional. After my terrible experience at the Lens Crafters in the north woods mall. This experience resorted the relationship back to awesome with Lens Crafters. Their store has a bigger selection on name brand glasses and shades. On top of Dr. Amanda that did my eye exam. The experience was top tier. I will definitely be returning and recommending my fellow MBV colleagues to this store.

Just poor customer service. I bought 2 pairs of glasses earlier this year. For the first 8 months there were no issues. Then in July of 2024 somehow my rubber noseguard on my left side fell off my Costa Eyeglasses. Hoping that LensCrafters might possibly stock the nose guard I went in to see if they could fix it. The salesperson was quick to tell me they did not stock such Items and since I had insurance, I should make the claim and receive a brand-new pair for $25. I was a little miffed, but handed over the money and was told it would come in some 5 to 7 days later. !0 days later with no phone call I walked into my Towne Center LensCrafters and asked if the glasses had come in. Now by this time I had developed a small bloody sore on my nose where the plastic was rubbing against my nose due the missing nose guard. The salesperson asked for my name, I gave it to her, and she told me my glasses were in, but that they had not been properly received nor passed the required quality-controlled inspection required for incoming glasses. I explained that I really was only interested in the nose guard replacement, and they could keep the glasses as far as I was concerned. I even took my glasses off to show her the bloody sore on my nose. She quipped and said there was nothing she could do, someone would call me when the glasses were checked in, and then left the counter. It is now 11/08/2024 and I’ve yet to receive a call from anyone. Funny thing was I left the store quite angry and as I was driving I passed Shades of Charleston, another Eyeglass store, I pulled in and they had a set of nose guards that they gave me for free. That’s customer service. Hey LensCrafters, you can keep the other glasses! Long time customer lost!

I bought a pair of Raybans on Amazon. One of those little screws came out and lens fell out. I had spent a decent amount of money on them 5 months earlier and was hoping they could be fixed. I brought them here and Donna literally had that screw and lens back in place in 90 seconds. She was great! She didn't even charge me for the help. Next time I need anything glasses I'll definitely go see her again!

We went for an eye checkup. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. They did an excellent job.

The arm on my glasses got bent badly. I have the insurance for my glasses so I am getting them replaced.

Cadence was awesome! She quickly adjusted my sunglasses frames and was very helpful.

I was in a pinch while traveling and needed contacts. An was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to talk to! He took the time to explain my options and what my insurance covered. I was able to get a new box of contacts right away, which was a huge relief. If you're ever in need of eyewear assistance here, I highly recommend asking for An.

From the time I come to the store the staff is friendly and accommodating. I have Cadence that check me out was nice and knowledgeable.

An was helpful and hilarious when I came in to order a new pair of glasses. I initially came in for new lenses, but he pointed out the age of my frames and the fact that my insurance would cover a huge portion of new frames. I would recommend asking for An (pronounced On) the next time you go in.
