I recently went to LensCrafters on North Main Street in Anderson, SC to get new glasses. My technician, Mark, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all of my options, and he was very patient with me as I made my decision. He also did a great job of fitting my glasses and making sure they were comfortable. The store itself is clean and well-organized. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they are always willing to help. I was very impressed with the overall experience, and I would definitely recommend LensCrafters to anyone looking for new glasses or contacts.

This will be my first and last experience here..poorest customer service I've experienced

I had the absolute strangest encounter today at LensCrafters trying to get my children non-prescription sunglasses that is covered with my insurance. The gentlemen “called” my insurance company to get authorization but refused to do anything else because my children weren’t physically there putting the blame on the insurance person. The phone call encounter was so odd I actually wonder if he was on the phone at all. I went 5 minutes down the street to America’s Best and got the sunglasses with zero issues. Never experienced anything like that in my life.

I can not say enough for the service I've received over the 3 decades I've been a customer. I've used predominantly the same associate Keith, but all the associates have been very good.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. My eye exam was great. The doctor took her tome and made sure I have the correct prescription and that I knew how my eyes are.

Went in first thing this morning and was greeted immediately by Josh and his colleagues. Showed Josh my prescription and my frames and was out of there in about 10 minutes. Plus they were a lot cheaper than the original price I was given by another place. I’m very pleased with my experience at Lens Crafters and would recommend giving them a try.

Broke my glasses I figured it was a total loss. Denise was great and took care of me super fast and frame is like new!

The place where the optician exams your eyes is different from where you get your glasses. The doctor however was very condescending. And they were also not honest with the pricing. I have eye med which covers contact lens fitting. The first year I got the contact lens fitting, the price was included by my insurance and I didn't have to pay anything. The second year that I went, they didn't announce anything about price changes with the insurance in advance, and the fitting process was the same as the previous year. But the bill was 50$ for the fitting even though my insurance should have included it. They renamed the fitting as "premium fitting". Well there was nothing premium about the contact lens fitting except for the cost. They convinced me not to go back to this practice. Highly not recommended. We deserve a doctor who respects us and a practice that is honest and is not just after your money.

My experience was excellent. The man who greeted me at the front door was very attentive and helpful through the process. This was my first time buying glasses and I had no idea what I was doing or what to expect. After I found a pair that suited me, Kieth took over. He was also very helpful and even gave me some good tips as a first time eyeglass wearer. He was very personable and made the process smooth and easy. Thank you!

Had a great experience from the start! The gentleman who greeted me repaired the missing nose pad on my old pair, and Denise helped me find frames I loved that I wouldn’t have picked out on my own. Everyone was very patient with me as I took my time choosing, and the klarna payment plan option made the whole experience even easier. Will definitely be coming back!

Friendly, professional & was able to show so many different options of photochromic transitions colors that I didn't know about. Jus a fun shopping experience & plus I got the glasses I had been wanting. Win/win

-Can see now... :-) -Great customer service so far, and they've had to deal with me 6 times in 3 weeks. -Turn around time to get the glasses in after ordering them was less than half of the 5-7 days I was quoted each time. -Got 2 pair, 1 with progressive transition lenses, 1 normal. Couldn't tolerate progressives and they switched them out to my distance Rx only, with the cost difference allowing me to get transitions in both pair and some $ back. One pair came in scratched and was replaced in 24hrs.

I am from out of town and lost one my contact lenses. Lenscrafters-Anderson graciously GAVE me one contact lens from their stock. Thank you so much! You're the best!

The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional...vary friendly and knowledgeable...

I haven't bought prescription glasses yet but went into LensCrafters for them to give me the name of someone to repair a pair of sunglasses that I love and have been unable to replace. Denise very graciously offered to repair them at no charge. She was so kind about it and did it perfectly and I am so elated! Kudos to LensCrafters and to Denise who repaired a pair of glasses that I gave up for junk!

I lost a nose pad off of my glasses. They replaced it free and were so kind and friendly. Only took a few moments.

A problem with this place is how they treat the part where you buy the glasses separate from the one that does the exam. I just tried to call to get an exam and glasses replacement, someone answered the phone at one, transferred me to the other and it rang 50 times before I gave up. I won't go so far as to say they're unprofessional, but it's just always a problem when I go there. Once they had my name entered into their system wrong, a different surname completely... once they said it would be a few days before my lenses/glasses arrived, we finally called a week and a half later and they were like "Oh, yeah, they just arrived, you can come pick em up now." I feel like there's gotta be somewhere better, so I will now search for one and go there instead. Thank you for not answering your phone, you just reminded me of the myriad issues I've experienced attempting to do business there.

I went in because I had something popping out of my frame. I was treated very courteously and the lady whom helped me even tightened the arms and cleaned my glasses. Awesome customer service!

Keith was the absolute best!! Glasses broke this morning and he found a pair of frames that would work with my lenses!!

When we got home from church today my husband dropped his glasses while retrieving a shirt that he had dropped. He managed to step on one of the ear pieces and it bent. These frames are very light weight and very fragile. I told him not to try to straighten it himself but that we would find an optical shop that might be able to do it. This location was open when we went to Anderson this afternoon so we stopped in to see if the piece could be fixed. The lady at the store managed to carefully straighten it as much as she could without the fear of breaking it. She adjusted the other side so the glasses would be more in balance. I tried finding these frames online again but apparently they have been discontinued so he will have to get new ones the next time. We asked her how much we owed for her doing it and she said nothing. Great service on a mother's day and a very nice lady at the store. Convenient location also.

Denise was awesome! I had just popped in to look at frames and prices. I usually don't like being approached by a sales person unless I need help, but her demeanor was so kind and very helpful. She is an excellent employee. She had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. She helped me choose the frames that looked best on me. Which I really appreciated also. She was very knowledgeable about the products and costs on visits, glasses, etc. Customer service has disappeared in today's world, it seems like. She made me feel like there's hope. She just really made my day. Also the total for frames, lenses, and any other fees was a fair price. And my glasses are gorgeous 😍 so glad I stopped in. I'll be coming here from now on for my eye appointments and strongly suggest LensCrafters on Clemson Blvd. In Anderson. Ask for Denise!

They have a nice selection of frames. The customer service was outstanding - navigating my insurance took unquote a bit of time and a couple phone calls, but Joshua handled it calmly and cheerfully. He was also a great help as was Mark in selecting the right pair for me.
