However, I will no longer ever buy frames from LensCrafters due to the lack of quality of materials. I spend hundreds on glasses normally buying 2 pair of designer eyeglasses and one pair of Arnette or some other off brand.The off brands lasts longer. I purchased 3 pair of Pradas and 1 pair of Gucci. The Pradas that say made in Italy still have the name on the side. The Prada without faded completely on one side and is in process of fading on the other. Then I have another pair where party of the name and all of the black wore off. I was told it’s my hair products or from oily skin or sweating. How is that possible? As you can see only one pair did that so wouldn’t they all do that? Buyer beware? Prada frames are expensive but they’re not all created equally. I will stick with my Gucci and Tom Fords, even the Arnette Brand is better. I never received a resolution from my problem with my first pair of Prada glasses and now this’s pair is a joke. I was told the eye doctor would call me back and have not heard a word. Apparently the lenses are backordered or out of stock, but they can't tell me when they'll be back, and in the meantime, I am totally out of contact lenses and nobody is willing to help me find any kind of solution. I purchased 3 pair of Pradas and 1 pair of Gucci. The Pradas that say made in Italy still have the name on the side. The Prada without faded completely on one side and is in process of fading on the other. Then I have another pair where party of the name and all of the black wore off. I was told it’s my hair products or from oily skin or sweating. How is that possible? As you can see only one pair did that so wouldn’t they all do that? Buyer beware? Prada frames are expensive but they’re not all created equally. I will stick with my Gucci and Tom Fords, even the Arnette Brand is better. I never received a resolution from my problem with my first pair of Prada glasses and now this’s pair is a joke. I was told the eye doctor would call me back and have not heard a word. Apparently the lenses are backordered or out of stock, but they can't tell me when they'll be back, and in the meantime, I am totally out of contact lenses and nobody is willing to help me find any kind of solution. The doctor was very kind and polite, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. However, the front desk staff member, Nadya, was rude and unprofessional. In a professional setting, it’s important to communicate respectfully and appropriately with others.

Optometrist was great. That is where the good experience ended. What you get instead of a good fitting, you get a glorified cashier. They just hand you the glasses and that's it. No personalized service whatsoever, more expensive than other places that I purchased my glasses in the past. This is my last purchase from LensCrafters.

The salespeople and optometrists at all the stores I’ve been to are great. However, I will no longer ever buy frames from LensCrafters due to the lack of quality of materials. I spend hundreds on glasses normally buying 2 pair of designer eyeglasses and one pair of Arnette or some other off brand.The off brands lasts longer. I purchased 3 pair of Pradas and 1 pair of Gucci. The Pradas that say made in Italy still have the name on the side. The Prada without faded completely on one side and is in process of fading on the other. Then I have another pair where party of the name and all of the black wore off. I was told it’s my hair products or from oily skin or sweating. How is that possible? As you can see only one pair did that so wouldn’t they all do that? Buyer beware? Prada frames are expensive but they’re not all created equally. I will stick with my Gucci and Tom Fords, even the Arnette Brand is better. I never received a resolution from my problem with my first pair of Prada glasses and now this’s pair is a joke. Once they get your money, they don’t care.

I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters at Macy's. Dr. Sejil Patel was informative, thorough, and very, very nice. My first time seeing him and I would absolutely see him again. The sales person, Aruna, was also nice. She was very helpful but not pushy when I was looking for new frames. Store is on 2nd floor of Macy's by Easton Road.

This by far was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had while shopping for glasses. I have been wearing glasses since I was 4 and the sales associate Nadya really made shopping for glasses easy. I explain what I wanted and she was able to capture everything I needed in my eyewear by simply just listening. She also went over all the many lens options that was available and took time to help me understand them all. I can’t wait to get my new eyewear. I really appreciate the hard work and time that was put into my order. Thank you. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience like this before. I went here for my eye exam a few weeks ago, and the communication since then has been awful. They are refusing to give me a copy of my contact lens prescription until the sample lenses come in, but nobody will tell me when I can expect that to be - you have to call multiple times to even get someone to pick up the phone and nobody has any idea what's happening with your order. I was told the eye doctor would call me back and have not heard a word. Apparently the lenses are backordered or out of stock, but they can't tell me when they'll be back, and in the meantime, I am totally out of contact lenses and nobody is willing to help me find any kind of solution. Never coming here again.
