Absolutely useless insurance adjuster, poor customer service, no problem solving at all or willingness to figure out the issue. Appalled at the treatment i recieved will never book with you again or recommend.

Always fun to come in to Lens Crafters. The staff for the optometrist was polite and to the point. They had me in and out to chose some new frames to go with my lenses. They wanted to make sure that I was receiving the best price, they compared my insurance to their friends and family discount, it turns out that the insurance was a better option. We ordered some sweet Ray Ban Ferrari frames and it’s only taking about 10 days to receive the frames and lenses back, Good deal overall!

I was out of town and broke my glasses. I called lens crafter and they said they do repair on site. So I took them there and they fixed them in Less than 10 minutes! Amazing! And also, at no charge which was even better. Ethan fixed them for me. He was very nice, just loved him. The lady I spoke to on the phone was absolutely wonderful, so understanding and sweet. Loved the experience there. Wish we had a lens crafter where I live!

They charge you 170 something for a prescription test,it is actually 69 dollars in most places

Great staff at this location (Bridgeport Village, Tigard). Very helpful and patient. Maybe you can find cheaper glasses on the web, but if you want it to be right, then visit a LC location like this one.

Customer service team is always excellent and always provides exactly what I want I glasses.

The store is beautiful and very nicely laid out to allow plenty of room for people to browse the selections. Adriene was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. The process of picking our new glasses was very easy.

Came in for some back to school new set of glasses for the kiddos. We were helped by Ethan, the in house lab tech. The entire experience was flawless but Ethan definitely went above and beyond. He was kind, friendly, funny and sweet. He helped us get same day prescriptions done. Everyone in the office was awesome and Ethan is a gem!

Picked out some new Ray Ban’s today and had some great assistance from Tealy at the Bridgeport location. She was easy to talk with and was very good at showing me the transition of the photochromic frames. Thank you!

I stopped by yesterday to see if someone would be able to repair my glasses that I did not purchase there. Teally was amazing, and was able to fix my glasses in minutes! And at no charge! Super impressed with both Teally and the other staff member that was there. Both extremely friendly and helpful. I cannot thank them enough!

I am beyond disappointed. I went in to this LensCrafters to have my $450 Persol sunglasses adjusted and they were damaged in the process.The manager offered a replacement set of frames and they couldnt replace the Persols for some reason and I was able to order $150 pair of Ray bans. When I got the message that they arrived to the store, clerk could not find them and gave me a used pair of sunglasses off the shelf. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Alma was the sales associate who waited on me. She adjusted two pairs of sunglasses for me. She was absolutely delightful and told me about the month of November sale and invited me back any time for adjustments :) great customer service!

This is a very nice location! I brought some sunglasses in for adjustments and Alma immediately helped me. She was very informative and personable. I can’t wait to pick up another pair of glasses thanks to the staff at this location but more importantly, Alma! highly recommend!!

I worked with Adriene McInery yesterday to update my readers and progressive glasses. She was a delight to work with very knowledgeable about insurance issues discounts and overall savings available. She was very friendly and fun to work with and very thorough. I would highly recommend working with her and this is my second great experience with this store.

They are always so friendly and professional here. They took time to explain all of the possible lens features for my new glasses and helped me pick out my frames. As I was shopping they checked on me regularly with no pressure. I really appreciated the knowledgeable team, Alma and Tealy, here who helped make an all around excellent experience.

I went to LensCrafters, Bridgeport to get a pair of progressive glasses and progressive sunglasses. I just got a new prescription. Alma was very professional and helpful as she explained lens types and associated costs. She helped coordinate the shade for the sunglasses and made sure the choice was polarized. Delivery was fast.

I visited LensCrafters at Bridgeport Village in Tualatin to have an eye exam when my regular ophthalmologist was booked until Summer. The LensCrafter store is spacious with a very wide variety of glasses available. I am in the market for new glasses and store staff was more than happy to assist my selection. I asked about Oakley prescription sunglasses for golf, and the sales associate was very knowledgeable. The staff also made a minor repair on my current glasses at no charge. I will certainly return for my new glasses, and recommend this store highly.
