I have been a customer of Lenscrafters since 1987, for all but two years of that period. Somehow, my file has completely disappeared, and when trying to order exactly the same lens type, I didn't get what I ordered. And, one of the reasons I used Lenscrafters WAS their on-site, one hour service...that is no longer available in most places. I paid a premium for the service and quick turnaround, I may look for other options. The person who waited on me, was great!

After trying dozens on myself, I settled on a pair but then asked Austin which pair he’d recommend and bingo! — those were the ones I ultimately chose. Austin patiently showed me different pricing options and discounts to help me determine if my insurance or the store sale would be a better deal. I felt very well taken care of!
