The new manager at this location is incredible. She is very knowledgeable, her customer service is impeccable, the level of knowledge and attention to detail she provided was over the top! Your leadership made a great choice in adding Ashley Pokrandt to the management team. Congrats on the great addition at a great location! Yet another win for the Crocker Park retail establishments.

Not recommended if you are looking for contacts. My husband went to get a prescription for contacts and the eye doctor recommended a specific brand of contacts. And gave some “free” contacts for him to try. Mind you, he already paid $60-$70 for this prescription visit. He tried this recommended brand and it did not fit him. This company refuse to give him his prescription and also said they cannot help him order a brand he likes. Which is UNHEARD OF. He paid for that prescription. So why is he not given it? I’m contacting their store manager today

This entire team is so helpful, warm, and kind. I have seen them nearly every year for a new pair of glasses, and the experience has always been amazing. Everyone is the perfect amount of helpful in making suggestions and providing all of the necessary information on insurance coverage, sales, and pricing, but they are also super patient and don’t mind the fact that I tend to wander the store forever (even when I’m in there for an hour +). This past experience I was particularly annoying as a customer. I spent an hour picking out a pair of new glasses initially. After the glasses came in, the prescription was too big an adjustment so I had to have the doctor adjust and they ordered new lenses for the glasses. Once they fit the new lenses, I decided I couldn’t handle the frames (the arms kept pulling my hair out), so I came back AGAIN and asked to exchange the frames within the return window. They were never once impatient or annoyed or over it. They were with me every single step of the way. Gio, specifically, makes the entire experience (which is normally one I dread) actually feel fun. I don’t know how they have such an amazing crew here, but I cannot recommend this place enough.

Ashley and Heather were pretty awesome. I always feel well taken care of when I go into this location. Ashley demonstrated her transition ruby lens which was so fun and I do not think I would have considered it otherwise- it was a delightful surprise.

Giovanni is an outstanding manager and his customer service/knowledge is beyond amazing. Both of us (husband and wife) have special needs in vision and he knew the right frame choices immediately. This type of service and his great feedback made the eyeglass choice expeditious and fun. Giovanni is very honest with his opinions and is very pleasant to deal with. We have been dealing with him since he started at the Crocker Park store and will continue to ask for his expertise. He stayed late just to our setups and new orders.

Great appointment with the eye doctor. He kept me relaxed through the entire exam. This is my first time in many years back at LensCrafters after a not so great experience, so I’m hoping everything will be perfect when my new glasses arrive.

I had such a great experience at Lens Crafters in the Westlake area. Ben was so helpful when I went back to the store not completely liking my new frames. He made sure I was satisfied and took his time helping me. He also made sure not to make me feel any differently for exchanging them, as I rarely do those things. I appreciate his honesty, efforts, and kindness.

1 star for closing early and locking doors before it was time. I came to grab grab a quote for a new pair of glasses and to come purchase over the weekend with my mom’s HSA card and the doors were locked at 655p on 12/26. All associates watched me pull on the doors and didn’t try to let me in. I called the store well within the time the store was supposedly “open” and no one picked up the phone. I’ve had a wonderful experience with Benjamin getting new sunglasses. But this last experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I only came for him. Now I’d rather take my business elsewhere because of this experience. Edit: the associates were a red headed woman, an older heavy-set man, and a brunette woman that looked like she was in her 50s/60s if Westlake management even sees this.

They have a mandatory unexpected extra fee for “digital screening” when you get into the office that they fail to mention on the phone. Maybe they are good doctors, but I won’t know because this simple lack of customer service. I just wanted to update my prescription and they wasted my time.

Benjamin at Crocker Park was great. Very helpful with my son and I. It was my sons first time and he needed glasses. My wife and I have been trying to get him comfortable with needing glasses and Benjamin immediately picked up on it and came over to help.

Ben is amazing. He patiently worked with me, gave great feedback, and did not make me feel rushed at all, even with him being as busy as he was with a store full of customers.

Everyone was kind and courteous. The doctor took the time to explain what she saw on my tests. Heather the Apprentice was incredibly helpful. She knew what I was looking for and I found a great pair of Ray Bans I would have missed otherwise. She explained the charges clearly and helped me with a cheaper spare pair. The whole experience was pleasant. (Music was good too).

Ben provided excellent and prompt customer service. He adjusted my prescription Ray-Ban glasses perfectly. He is a great asset to LensCrafters and deserves a raise/ promotion!

This was my first ever eye exam done professionally and I can say without a doubt that it was a wonderful experience. There was a pleasant mix of professionalism and casual down to earth joking and chatting. There were some technical issues going on while i was picking out frames due to a massive event going on outside but my man Ben kept me up to speed with the process as it went along while providing me with any info I asked for and kept me comfy with pleasant conversation. Lots of laughs were shared with him, if you come here for your first time or even as a returning customer I highly recommend seeking out Ben to assist you if he is there. 5 star rating for a 5 star experience.

When I tell you I hate shopping for glasses - I mean I HATE it. I have opted for buying online for a while but was overdo for a pair and decided I’d stop in here and see if I found anything. What a fantastic fun experience shopping for eyeglasses. I went to many eyeglass stores and the selection here offered way more than any other place. But what made it the place where I purchased my very first pair of prescription glasses was the Team. First starting with Gio who greeted me when I walked into the store. I genuinely had a fun time shopping with him. He made the experience a *moment*. He was patient with me as I asked him a million questions and had all the right empathetic answers while being informative and knowledgeable. His coworker Michelle, who was in training, assisted in the same fashion. No one was pushy and they were just as into the different brands and styles as I was. And then when I picked up my glasses it was Aimee who capped off the awesome experience with getting my new frames adjusted to my face. Top down begining to end, just superb. In short, its not really about Lens Crafters but more about the team. Bravo!
