It's amazing how they notice so much detail. If I could give more stars I would, so thrilled to be able to work with Robin Wolfe again since our insurance now supports Lens Crafters. She is amazing, fantastic customer service, communication and personality. She is always multitasking with phone calls, computer issues/orders and customers walking in at any moment. I have to give a major shout out for Robin at Lenscrafters at Macy's. She was working by herself (other staff out sick), juggling multiple customers, dealing with repair personnel with lighting, and she made sure everyone got her BEST service and didn't feel ignored. I ended up getting 2 pair of glasses and she never rushed me in making selections, was thoughtful in her offerings of styles, etc. She was a master at multitasking and being personable. In the day and age of customer service by knowledgable staff being nearly non-existent, she is a gem. Lenscrafters...this gal deserves a raise and 2 weeks in the Bahamas ( or wherever she wants to go 😉). Thank you Robin!

The employees there are very experienced, I think they've all been working there for almost 5 years. They took the time to help me pick out glasses. I'm a very unsure person but they could make fast decisions for me if they liked how the glasses looked. They were so confident, up-down-left-right making sure I looked good at all angles. There attention to detail doesn't stop at picking out glasses, when the glasses came in they found two small marks that looked like it was a part of the frame design, all the employees took a long look and they decided to reorder the glasses because they felt the marks were not part of the design. It's amazing how they notice so much detail. I'm glad I went to Macy's because I've never been helped so much before.

I went to this LensCtafter place at MACY’s in Tuttle Crossimg. Before I came, I called the day before and asked if they could adjust the frame of my prescription glasses. The lady I talked to said they do and it will be complimentary, because I asked how much. Don’t get me wrong, I am willing to pay but I did not say anything. Great! I went today, there were two people ahead of me and I was 3rd in line. I was told it will be a 15 mins wait. I waited, after 45 mins. I got up and asked another girl. She went to the manager herself and she told her to tell me to go to another LensCrafter somewhere else because I asked how much longer do I have to wait. I told her I am willing to wait if she will serve me next after she’s done with her customer. No promises made and gave me a lot of excuses! Her name is Melissa. She should have not been a manager! A BAD example to her colleagues! No professionalism at all !!! It’s a ZERO star for her. NOT going back to that place!!!

The person at Lens Crafters at Macy's in Tuttle Crossing Mall was extremely helpful dealing with an issue with my glasses. She was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time figuring out the problem and then sent glasses out to fix. Very happy with the customer service and the glasses.

Appointment with Samantha Kinross. So rude and rushed me (probably cause she was late to my appointment). I came on time to my appointment, was finally taken in after 35 min, just to be put back in the waiting room because I "took to long" on my eye exam which I didn't even know was possible. After that, I just left and I'm definitely not coming back here.

Horrible service. Will NEVER come again! We made our teenage daughters eye exam appointment for 1:15pm today. She arrived on time and waited 32 minutes for Dr. Samantha Kinross. Halfway through the exam my daughter was told to go back to the waiting area and wait while she started to examine a man who came in after her. That is absolutely unacceptable to us especially after having to wait more than 1/2 hour. When we asked the store manager why our daughter is sent to the waiting room in the middle of the examination, she told us " I don't know, I was not back there. You have to ask the doctor". Unfortunately this is a reflection of the mentality of store employees including the doctor. Terrible experience.

Extremely disappointed by the entire experience with Dr. Samantha Kinross. She was extremely curt and condescending with acquiring contacts for my teenage son. I was able to finalize prescription to order elsewhere. I will not be back, nor do I recommend to others. The staff members are helpful and kind.
