It was a very pleasure experience from my eye exam to purchasing new glasses. I highly recommend to others.

They offered me the ability to pay $40 to not have to get my eyes dilated However after they took the pictures and charged me they then told me I had to get my eyes dilated anyway - which would have been nice to know before I was scammed out of $40 that I could have saved. Then because I had stuff to do and couldn’t get my eyes dilated that day they scheduled me an appointment for the next week to get dilated - however they called me days later and told me I had to change to a different day or else I would get charged again (?!) - they didn’t really give me an option that worked great for me but I took the 12pm appointment on Wednesday (which was the only thing they offered) - thinking I would get there, they would immediately dilate, and then look and I would be on my way about 30-40 minutes in and out. The whole waiting room was packed when I arrived and they didn’t dilate my eyes until 40 min after my appointment time (and then I still had to wait another 20 minutes for my eyes to dilate) - this was an appointment time they picked - why would you schedule me for something you didn’t actually have time for?? Definitely won’t be back. Do not recommend.

Normally I don't have issues with this location and they're nice but this last visit will definitely keep me from coming back. I went in for an exam. First, they wouldn't answer texts and calls when they opened. My appointment was at 10:00 but mall security didn't open the doors until 10:20. While at the front desk I go to hand my insurance card to the woman and she says "That's dental." in a sarcastic tone. My card is a joint dental + vision. It has the information for both on it but she refused to take it or look at it again. She instead charged insurance I no longer have from a previous job - so I can probably expect a bill for the exam soon. I even confirmed with my old boss that it was no longer active. Fast forward to 2 weeks later I receive my glasses. Something was off - I wore them for a whole day and everything seemed out of focus and it made me incredibly nauseous. I called to confirm my prescription and PD to make sure it was all correct. Everything was entered correctly. I asked if I could have a new exam because it didn't seem right at all - I could see out of my old glasses better. They said I would have to pay again. So now I am out $250. This is so disappointing.

Well, one month and my glasses are not ready yet, they made a mistake and they had to resend them ...

I have been going to Dr. Valido for many years now. She's a consummate professional, friendly and personable and an overall great diagnostician!

Service was great but, they do not answer their phones when calling and when they do they just take your number and never return the call. This needs improvement especially when a customer is trying to see when their frames are in. Mine are 3 days overdue.

Overall I had a positive experience at LensCrafters. I got an eye exam and purchased 2 new pairs of glasses in a very short timeframe. The staff got me in and out of the store quickly, while providing great customer service and a great discount on my items.

Kaitlyn was clear and very helpful with picking lens need for severe astigmatism. She was also very friendly and speedy, got me in and out before work.

The assistant manager Myranda was absolutely lovely and professional! Helped me get just a quick fix on a pair of frames that manufacturers couldn’t get them fixed in their store. That made my day! Thank you!

The store had an excellent selection of eyeglass frames from which to choose and mirrors to see how various frames looked on my face. The salesperson was friendly and, when asked for assistance, helped me choose a frame that enhanced my appearance. At point of sale, she asked if I had insurance coverage and checked to see what benefits were available. She also gave me promotional savings without my needing to ask for them. The savings were significant.

I heard a phrase a while back concerning customer interactions and one of the top experiences was described as "cheerful engaged competency". All four of the staff I interacted with exemplified this wonderfully! I don't need a lot of "yes sir", "no sir" - just that the worker is "with me", knows their stuff and talks to me. Again, all four - great. We'll see how the glasses are of course! :) But if the staff is any indication, they will probably be wonderful!

I worked with Amanda to find my glasses and Dr Weiner for my eye exam. Both were fantastic and just had the most positive and kind energy anyone could ask for. They both put me at ease and Amanda had the most charming demeanor and way of communicating.

i will not purchase glasses anywhere other than lenscrafters, specifically the kenwood towne center location in cincinnati, oh. myranda is AMAZING! she is patient, extremely knowledgeable, kind and pleasant. she has taken time to learn my vision history and applies that knowledge to suggest the best lenses for me. she cares about her customers and provides them with outstanding service.

Kenwood store is great once you are inside. But don't expect them to answer the phone. One whole week I tried calling to no avail!

The entire experience was fantastic. David and everyone I interacted with were knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Everyone was great - from the opticians to the front desk worker. Dr. Kritzer was very thorough and did a wonderful job explaining what everything was, as I’ve never had an eye exam before. I will definitely be coming back. 😀

The opticians were very friendly in the midst of a really busy Saturday afternoon. Each of them at one point asked if I needed help but I was just looking and trying on at that point. When I was ready to place my order I received very good care. I was explained all of my options but not in a pushy manner. The optician who assisted me was very knowledgable. Overall it was an A+ experience.

Staff helped me find frames that fit my prescription and the lenses that my insurance covered best.

Dave, the Team Lead at the Kenwood Town Center location is absolutely fantastic. He helped me find the perfect frames, lenses, took his time measuring my eyes and secured the best possible price. What a perfectly positive experience!

Had to pick out frames the day before buying my glasses as I didn't have my prescription with me at the time. Dave was awesome at helping me choose, and when I came back to buy, Cheryl was equally amazing at getting me checked out with the perfect lenses. They have higher index lenses than many other stores for if your prescription is high, and also great people to help. Would definitely recommend this buying glasses here over anywhere else!

This is the 3rd visit I have had purchasing glasses, or sunglasses. Every trip I have made in, even on ones where I don't purchase anything, I am always greeted by an associate, and asked if I need assistance. I have visited previously, to obtain a price for frames, lenses, both, and multiple pairs. Every visit meets the customer service standards I have.

Great customer service. I had previously been to another provider and they were very pushy with regard to me making a purchase whereas the girl that helped me at Lenscrafters was super nice, friendly, understanding, and very helpful.

Very good doctor and staff! Highly recommend. Even though they did not have my husband's lenses in stock they sent them to a closer location for pick up. Very good staff would go there again.

I can't thank Amanda from LensCrafters enough for her outstanding service! My grandfather, who has difficulty getting around, couldn’t make it into the store for his glasses measurements. Amanda went out of her way to come to his nursing home to get everything sorted. Her professionalism and kindness were truly impressive. She made the whole process so smooth and comfortable for him, and her dedication really stood out. Because of Amanda’s exceptional service, we’ll be getting all our glasses from this location from now on. Thank you, Amanda, for making a challenging situation so much easier. I wish this had audio reviews to hear the excitement in my voice. But let me just say cheryl at the kenwood mall did an amazing job repairing my CARTIERS like I could literally cry how happy and satisfied I am with the repair she literally worked a miracle! Her face needs to be the face of LensCrafters 😊the first two photos are the outcome of Cheryl’s amazing job and the others are the before photos!

Stopped by Kenwood 3 different times & was helped by Kaitlynn at each visit. She was terrific at directing me to smaller frames and then giving me a breakdown of the costs with my insurance.

Best optical team you could ask for! Very knowledgeable and will explain everything from pricing to how the glasses are made. 10/10 would recommend.
