Very helpful , told the customer sales person what type of frames I was looking for. She picked 3 frames for me to try, she found what I was looking for , I would recommend LensCrafters fair price good selections of frames and lenses.

I have been going to Dr. Orso & Associates/LensCrafters my entire life and I absolutely love them! Both Drs are amazing, and the staff up front are always so helpful with finding new frames/fixing old ones. I’ve moved away from Cincinnati but I still make the drive back to town because I know they’ll take care of me. That being said, I’m very lukewarm on the new building. It’s fancy and sleek, don’t get me wrong, but it’s definitely missing the personal feel that was present in Northgate. Something about the AI presence and the lack of personal items (the big apple, anyone?) just seems cold. I know everyone is still adjusting so hopefully it gets better with time, but those are my thoughts. Also I really don’t like the new “tentative appointment” system. I’m sure there’s a reason, but having a set in stone appointment a year in advance ensures I don’t forget and that I actually make time to get my eyes checked.

Dr. Blankman is AWESOME. She is so lighthearted and really listens when I was talking to her about some concerns I had with my vision and explained everything to me in a way that made me understand my vision. MARI and J made picking my new glasses out a really fun experience. They were very knowledgeable and professional but still made me feel like I was amongst friends. :)

First off I love my Eye Doc. Jazmin is wonderful. Always upbeat, pleasant and professional. Makes sure that all my questions and concerns are answered and addressed. I actually look forward to my appointments. As far as the staff goes they are always wonderful but I have to give a shout-out to Jay. Patient and so helpful. I ended up with not one but two pair of glasses. Feeling pretty good about the choices and can't wait to pick them up. Thanks everyone. You make picking out glasses enjoyable!

I went into the Northgate mall location for lenscrafters to get an adjustment done on some frames I purchased there. The lady doing the adjustment cracked the lens so they had to place an order for replacements. Was told by another rep it would take a week to get back. To make a rather long story short one week turned into two, then three weeks. At the end of the 2nd and 3rd week after calling to check on the status an given ridiculous excuses from 3 different customer service reps, which was an insult to one's intelligence i contacted the corporate office. And mind you none of them even attempted to do a courtesy call after week one an two to advise of what was going on. Within a few days the store contacted me. When I returned the ladies call an couldn't get her on the phone I went into the store and was met by Mari. She was the consummate professional with excellent customer service skills. As for the other ladies who started this whole debacle an know doubt played a roll in giving me excuses prolonging the delay in getting my glasses back, they certainly could take some lessons and notes from Mari who definitely deserves a raise. Ask for her if you're ever in that store location. She'll take good care of your needs which is more than i can say for a couple of others. Well done Maria, and thank you! You deserve 5 stars.

love this location its close and they always help me with no problem. if they dont have what i need they send me to anthoer location. staff is very friendly

Not fully stocked with what is shown online, was not given all of my options just told what was best and I had to ask for what was available and still it was like pulling teeth and I had to go online to find all my options. I will be adjusting my order

Yup - it’s true! This location is so 5 star! Upon entering I was greeted immediately. As a matter of fact more than one associate looked up from a customer they were already helping to acknowledge my presence. I recently purchased a pair of Elisa Johnson 🙄 that arrived lopsided and wasn’t able to return them. I called LensCrafters and asked could they adjust them and they fixed them right up! Thank you to Melissa and the store manager Jay! You all were very pleasant and I’m so happy that my frames were adjusted correctly!

Staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful... One of the associates even picked out a few pairs of glasses she thought I'd like and/or would look good in, and they worked withe me to get me the best price on the frames and lenses.

I'm socially awkward a vast majority of the time, but the staff (especially Stephenie) was able to create an atmosphere that made me feel comfortable and way less nervous than I usually am. They explained everything very clearly and even shared frames they personally recommended based on my job and daily life. Overall, going to LenCrafters to get a new pair of glasses was an experience that I enjoyed. And I'd definitely recommend going there to others.

I had broken the earpiece on my glasses. Stephanie was able to find an exact match to my frames and transferred the lenses while I waited. Very efficient and quick turnaround.
