Our family was in a crisis and needed the frames adjusted to be hospital friendly. The person who helped us was Sam. He was very kind, professional, and so so helpful! HIGHLY recommend

The office was impossible to find because there’s no sign on the exterior of the mall you had to literally wander through the mall to find it. The eye tech was short and sassy with all answers and not interested in giving helpful information. Almost as if I were her last Client and she just wanted to get out of there. The eye tech equipment did not function properly so it could not do the eye puff test. I believe I should get a discount. The eye exam equipment had so much dust on it. It was embarrassing. Definitely would not return to this office. The one in Centerville is so clean and so professional. Also, the waiting chairs in the lobby had stains on them on the seats, as if there been many accidents. Pretty disgusting.

Everything was great! Amber was super helpful in finding frames that I like when I didn't have much of an idea of what I wanted and everyone was super friendly inviting!

This is my second time purchasing my frames and lenses from this location. I didn’t use the doctor because they don’t take my insurance, however, I was able to use my insurance for frames and lenses. Sam was super nice, professional and knowledgeable! He also helped me with my first pair of glasses 2 years ago. It’s always nice to go back and have the same person help.

Walked in with a question about my glasses and Val immediately helped me get it sorted and get my glasses fixed in just a few minutes. Great service!

Judy was a very welcoming person overall and an outstanding optician. I was in there twice and both times she greeted me at the door asking if I was looking for anything in particular. She assisted me for the AI meta glasses and giving me amazing information on the protection plan. The next day later I decided to go back and buy a pair of some really pretty raybans since mine had just broke. She helped me with getting my prescription faxed over to them and checking me out, all very quick and no time wasted! I plan on moving my anual eye visits with lens contacts because of how enjoyable the experience was and how nicely Judy was assisted me the last two days.

Dr. Sheri Su was very pleasant and took the time to answer all of my questions. She went over all of my results and seemed to care about my vision as opposed to just being a number. Additionally, the specialist that took my glasses measurements and assisted me following the eye exam was also top-notch. She took the time to explain all of my options and provide me with the best possible price. With all the options, it was great to have someone take the extra time to provide me with all the information and pricing up front. In a day and age that customer service seems to be lacking, it is great to see a business like this one go above and beyond. Very happy with my experience!

In and out. Brought in my glasses that aren’t even from LensCrafters because i crushed them with my butt. The half rim wire was broken. Connie fixed it within 15 minutes. I’m stoked service like this still exists. And it was free! Maybe I’m just traumatized but I was expecting something like $50. Thank you Connie!

Sam did a fantastic job helping me order glasses this evening. He greeted us as we walked in but gave me plenty of time and space to try on all the pairs. He helped me look for ones I liked in another color and once I decided on a pair checked us out quickly and efficiently. He was also very knowledgeable about the different types of lenses.

Everybody at LensCrafters is friendly and helpful. Dr Su is wonderful and takes time to give a thorough exam and answers any questions about the condition of my eyes.

Absolutely amazing! I have never had a better experience shopping for a new frame! Judy was very knowledgeable, and she actually found frames that I liked! She was also very friendly, which is a limited quality in this area I feel. I would recommend everyone go to this location specifically, everyone is so nice!

After cataract surgery my doctor suggested replacing one corrected eyeglass lens with an uncorrected lens until it was time for a post-surgery refraction. We were looking for a same day service, but were given incorrect information over the phone by another business. Luckily an employee at the other store told us to check with LensCrafters. We were helped by Val and she made our day. Not only did we receive same day service within an hour, but the lens replacement was free! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Additional comment: I am about one week past cataract surgery in my 2nd eye. I had a temporary refraction done by my regular provider so I would be able to drive until the final check is done about a month after surgery. I was extremely pleased and grateful. Valerie was so helpful in explaining my options. Everyone was helpful and kind. I had new lenses put in an old pair of glasses. I am delighted by how well I can see. The lenses were replaced in under an hour! Thank you!

I have been coming to this location for a couple years now. Time for a review. You all rock here. Dr. Su has some of the best bed side manner I've ever had for a eye doctors office. Please keep up the great work and care you all provide to everyone that comes in!

Do not come here if you are just trying to get a prescription so that you can order your glasses online and a much cheaper price. They will not give you your pupillary distance. They basically hold your prescription hostage.
