Went to LensCrafters to scope out some new fun glasses on a whim, but didn’t want to spend too much. Stephon was the sales person that greeted me and helped me out! He was patient with my questions on the glasses types and pricing, and I ended up buying 2-pairs. Also, this location let me bring my service dog in with no issues which I loved! Everyone including the managers and the optometrist were friendly and created a casual, customer friendly environment. Next time I need glasses I’ll be back.

Stop by to check out this LensCrafters as it just opened up near me. Ivis, Stephon and the staff was polite and super professional. Ivis adjusted my frames and nailed it in one past. Their lab is under development, so I will be coming back. When you have a moment, stop by. I think you'll agree.

I am so happy this place opened. Not only is the store beautiful but the staff is phenomenal! From the store manager Cortney, Dr. Chen and the employees. They are so knowledgeable and personable! They made buying glasses a fun experience. I felt like everyone was involved in helping me pick the right frames for my glasses and getting me a great pair of sunglasses. COULDN’T RECOMMEND this place more! I will be back for more and my family as well.

First off let me begin by stating that the store is beautiful and very modern!!!! As soon as we came in we were greeted with warm smiles and awesome customer service!!! Ivis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient and accommodating every step of the way!!! He helped us with the pricing of the glasses we purchased and answered every single question we asked. Sabrina then called me in with a huge smile and made me feel comfortable during the entire eye imaging process!!! Last but not least Dr. Chen made me feel as if we have known each other for many years and was very knowledgeable!! He made sure I was comfortable with my choice in prescription after explaining my concerns!! I will definitely visit the store again in the future!!! Thank you for a great experience and best of luck to you all in the opening of your new store!!!!

Sabrina was great and patient when examining my eyes and Ivis was exceptionally professional.
