Dimitri helped me when I first arrived at my appointment he was great. Dr Nutis is awesome. I am usually uncomfortable with eye exams, she was patient and thorough. Lauren helped me with my glasses she was fantastic very calm she was great to work with, very knowledgeable, she answered all of my questions. Absolute outstanding service from this team.

My experience at this store is very disappointing. When I returned to modify my original prescription, the sales employee, Dimitri, displayed an extremely rude attitude. (1) He attempted to grap the old prescription document from me without my permission. (2) When I tried to discuss scheduling an appointment with Dr. Nutis, he repeatedly interrupted me and refused to engage in a conversation. He lacked the patience to even let me finish my sentences. (3) His attitude was neither respectful nor helpful—he treated me as a trouble (probably bacause I returned to ask for a modification of my precreption and I did not purchase my classes from his store) rather than a patient in need of assistance. I was simply seeking an accurate prescription without astigmatism to ensure my vision comfort, I should not have been treated this way.
