Everyone at this location is wonderful. Especially Rhonda, she is very orofessional and thorough.

Dr. Pacheco and the team are excellent. We would not go anywhere else for our annual eye exams. Rhonda was extremely helpful and knowledgable, and made the process of purchasing multiple pairs of glasses quick and easy.

The staff at this location are very kind and helpful. I moved away from this location but still came back when I broke my glasses because I liked it so much. I was able to get in and get out with a new pair of glasses and not a very long wait. Rhonda was very very sweet, and made the whole process painless. I will definitely come back if and when I need glasses again.

Rhonda Finder is AMAZING!!! I absolutely LOVE this women. She’s super cool; so down to earth yet very professional n knowledgeable in her profession. I could go to Lens crafters and chat with Rhonda all day if I had the time that’s how easy it is to deal with her. I’ve been to other places where the staff is not as friendly but that’s not the case at Lens Crafters in Holbrook. Also Lens crafters has all the latest eyewear styles and colors which was a deal breaker for me. Other vision places do not carry so many brands as they do. Another thing that if you’re looking for glasses I would recommend going to them first because I had originally went to Cohens and I was quoted a price USING INSURANCE for glasses that I wasn’t too fond off then I noticed lens crafters had the style n color that I wanted. So I decided go get a quote with lens crafters n I got a discount portion due to it being out of network and is was about the same price as Cohens which is crazy!!!

I was able to make an appointment same day thankfully here because my usual optometrist was no longer able to cover my new insurance. I appreciate the professionalism at this location as well as the excellent customer service. I appreciate the help with my prescription and all of the necessary work involved with the exam. Stopped in after going to Davis vision and cohens to get lenses replaced, after they told me I had the wrong lenses and couldn’t be replaced . After walking into LensCrafters they replaced them no problem. Extremely helpful and friendly about it . Will be using them moving forward for all my vision needs. Highly recommend
