The staff at this store are absolutely outstanding. They exude confidence are crude in our extremely ambiguous towards their field of work and deliver outstanding customer service. First trip: I went to this location to purchase lenses only. I paid for an exam and lenses. Second trip: When I returned to have my lenses installed in my frames, they broke my frames. I had no choice but to leave with a loaner glasses that did not fit my face. As they were the only ones that fit the lenses I had just purchased. They said choose new frames at no cost but I would have to wait for new lenses to fit them. I did not have time so I had to return to do so. Third Trip: I returned and chose frames. I needed to wait for them to arrive Fourth trip: During the two week wait I had to return to have them adjusted as they were falling off of my head. Fifth trip: I return to pick up the frames that I wasn't happy with with my new lenses. Upon arriving home and looking closely in the mirror I realized that the lenses did not actually fit into the frames. I called her and I was told they would need to look at them. Sixth trip: When I went to the store I was informed that that's the way they should be. But they could order me lenses that would fit my frames at additional cost of $110. I wanted like this store but after six round trips of 20 minutes in each direction(4 hours driving, plus wearing non fitting glasses for two weeks ON VACATION, plus waiting in store, plus being told my final lenses were fine but more money would get me what I paid for in the first place) I WAS DONE! I'd rather spend more somewhere else, write this review, and move on.

Great place! Eye Doctor is pleasant to work with and my Lenscrafters Sales rep Nicole was very patient and gave me her full attention until the end of the process and getting the right frame for me!

My husband & went to Lenscrafters today on Rte 4 East. We want to give Dr. ROCHA a big shout out for his very professional & welcoming service today. We've been to other Lenscraters locations but we seem to continue to gravitate to this location because of their service. The ladies at the appt desk were very nice & also Brisio at the front was very professional! Thank you all!!

Don’t go here and let them waste your time. 300$ just for lenses is insane when you can go to Costco and get them for 98$

I got my vision check on 8/3/24 around 4pm as I was looking around to purchase new glasses there were 2 employees doing absolutely nothing. One was watching videos on his phone and the other one smelled like pure alcohol. I asked him for help and he threw the glasses on the table and walked off .

For the most part I felt that the interaction with the secretaries were great. They were kind and respectful a long with his assistant. The eye Dr himself I’ve been to him 3 times so far and I consider it rude that when I was asking him questions or answering him he would cut me off or talk over me. I was genuinely confused yesterday and asked him a second time about the co-pay for the back of eye scans. Instead oh just answering my question at first he told me “ you’re not listening “ The very last time I saw this Dr he told me “ How are you able to live with your vision like that. Any professional Dr would never think to ask something like this to a person who with a legally blindness. I will have to find another eye Dr.

I have been coming to this store for years. Not for myself, but for my son and husband who both use glasses. They are always friendly and professional. We were in and out in no time. The person who helped us out recently was super nice.

Place is clean and nice. People also professional but bathroom are digusting and old..

Went to Lenscrafters on Rt. 4 Paramus, was in & out in 20 minutes for new glasses.The salesman was knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. Would highly recommend

Ordered my glasses and was told they’d be ready by the end of the week. Two weeks later no email call or anything. I call to ask about them and the phone gets picked up by an employee who’s quick tempered and not patient, they rushed me off the phone and was overall rude. I get it you’re tired or whatever but it takes nothing to be a little bit nicer and not speak over someone else.

Truly the best Lens Crafters and I feel I’ve been to the all (in Bergen county, Hudson, Essex county area) Nicole helped me out and I woke up today thinking about my awesome experience. I found the staff at Lenscrafters professional and understanding when I chose glasses but did not end up purchasing them. I received a refund with no hassle. When I returned and did purchase glasses, they had kept both my lens prescription and other relevant information on file, thus making the purchase process even easier.
