Both Retail customer service, Technicians were more than helpful got us in and out in a timely manner found exactly what we wanted… Ordered, waiting for them to come in…

I felt as though they really took the time to take care of my needs and what i was looking for. Previously i had come in looking for the same help from another associate but there was somewhat of an unwillingness to help, this time round i was able to get help with everything i needed

I truly can’t say enough good things. I went in needing an eye exam and I have a crazy phobia of any sort of flashing lights and was so nervous, even had to take anxiety medication beforehand. From the start with the gentleman at the front (can’t remember his name, Asian guy) he was so helpful and easygoing and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. Same goes for the doctor that came in afterwards (again can’t remember her name, Indian woman) she was just as amazing and kind and so helpful. Then when I went to get frames and lenses another nice lady (didn’t catch the name, she was blonde) helped finish out the process! I bought all 3 of you an auntie annes gift card and handed it to the blonde woman I worked with who was closing out the store to give to you both as well. Happy holidays and thank you so much!!!

Terrible place. Ripped me off for a set of rayban metas and then was totally rude when I went in to ask. Called and was told I was going to get a call back which was a lie. When I was there buying my glasses a guy said their warranty was junk and now I know. I will never do business with lens crafters and you should do the same.

Terrible customer service and the optometrists staff takes a demeaning and obnoxious tone with you

I have been loyal member of LensCrafters for 5+ years. It’s my first time having the contacts prescription with **mistakes**, where they gave a 8.4 BC on paper and 8.5 BC for sample contacts. It brought a lot of issues and headaches ordering the contacts. I spent a lot of time talking on the phone to have updated prescription and they insisted I ordered the wrong one initially and then figured out it’s error on their side in the end.

Used my insurance protection to replace my broken glasses. Worked out great , saved money from buying a new pair. Highly recommended. A++

The doctor and all of the staff here at Lens Crafters are very professional and helpful. Marlena went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect pair of glasses. She noticed the ones I had originally picked out were a little too small and she took the time to explain the sizing of the glasses and how they all fit differently. She then went around the store picking out several different frames that were similar to the ones I had originally picked but a size or two bigger. I was able to choose frames from her selection that fit perfectly. She was very patient and kind.

I was nervous about getting my glasses replaced and Marlena was absolutely awesome!! She walked me through the whole thing and took the time to hear my situation with my glasses. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for glasses and if you need an eye exam. They all know what they’re doing! 10/10

Went to purchase more contacts and they told me my prescription expired and needed to retest which was fine. However after asking about my insurance coverage and going back and forth with what they were relaying the doctor and front desk lady went out back and I waited to decide what I wanted to do. Shortly after the doctor who stayed hiding out back sent the front desk lady back out to tell me they weren’t comfortable with me being in the store. I was very confused at this as all we had done is discuss insurance and no scene had taken place beforehand. They essentially kicked me out for asking insurance questions.

Treated like a literal piece of dirt on the ground by the employees. I can’t believe the experience I just had. I’ve never felt so disrespected. This behavior is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience at this location. We have been loyal customers of LensCrafters for 30 years, but after the way we were treated, we will never go back. We had a family emergency so we were going to be five minutes late to our appointment! I even called ahead to apologize to let them know we were running 5 minutes behind. When we arrived, we were told the doctor left since we got there 7 minutes late instead of 5 minutes late. One of the girls at the service desk was laughing about the situation and was extremely unprofessional and rude. We have spent thousands of dollars buying glasses, contacts, etc. from this location, but due to the horrible way we were treated, we will no longer recommend this place to anyone!

Absolutely great service! I came in with a pair of glasses that was missing a screw and needed adjustment and they fixed them on the spot. Highly recommended!

My wife and I called the same day for an appointment and we were scheduled easily. We have been going to Lens Crafters for years but a different location. The staff at the Pheasant Lane Mall location were awesome! They looked up our insurance information amd had us in and out of there in no time. Extremely helpful young woman guided my wife and I through a large selection of frames and helped us both land on the right pair and at a great price! Thank you !

Maybe I’m in the wrong but I went this location on March 1st and when I entered both of the employees were standing at the desk on their phones. I waited a couple of minutes, one of the employees even looked up at me and didn’t say a word, went right back to looking at their phone. So I said can I get some help? The other employee came over and I explained what I was looking for they weren’t helpful at all. I told them I would look around, they said ok. They then proceeded to go back to the desk and get back on their phone. Maybe they were doing work, but it was very frustrating. I will still shop at LensCrafters but will avoid this location.

Great staff and a wonderful selection of glasses!! I got my first pair of glasses today and I didn't quite understand what my prescription meant, so the staff kindly explained each part in detail to me. I felt very informed afterward, and that made me feel much more comfortable with my purchase. Especially since glasses are kind of an investment. Speaking of price, there was an incredible sale going on where I got my glasses discounted substantially! Much better than what my insurance alone would have done. Lastly, I fell in love with a pair of Vogue glasses that were recommended to me instantly! They knew EXACTLY what would look great on me and compliment my personality! 10/10 I’m coming back here again. I’m also recommending this place to anybody who needs glasses!

Unfortunately there is no way to give this place negative stars. I have been waiting for my contacts for over three months and have yet to receive them. No communication from the store. If i haven’t called in i never would of known my order was canceled and they just kept my money. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all cost.

Our experience with LensCrafters was disappointing from the start. Someone from LensCrafters called me from a personal cell phone to reschedule our appointment from Friday to Sunday (snow day). We had already taken a day off on Friday for the eye appointment. When we were there on Sunday, they said they don't dilate eyes on weekends, option was to go for a $30 retinal imaging fee instead. With my mom and my spouse, this totaled $90, which could have been avoided with a standard dilation. The staff's unwelcoming attitude was further exacerbated when they offered my mom an additional $10 copay on her eye exam but couldn't check her insurance on the weekend. Moreover, despite LensCrafters being in-network, they charge $70 for a contact lens fit and follow-up, exceeding the insurance coverage of $55. Frustrated by hidden charges and subpar customer service, we decided to cancel the eye appointment. This experience has left me with a strong resolve to never choose LensCrafters again.

Watch out they don't double charge you. I was told they could not credit my card, corporate needed to send me a refund check. It's been over a month. They said they would email corporate. This day & age they can't credit a card?

I called to make an appt and ask some questions about contacts etc. Kailey answered the phone with a smile in her voice and I immediately knew that the phone call was going to smoothly and be stress free. She did not disappoint! Making calls like that give me so much anxiety so it was so comforting to immediately know it wasn't gonna be stressful. Thank you Kailey

They fixed my daughter's glasses so quickly!

I purchased glasses at a Lens Crafters in Nashua, but needed adjustments and that store was closed so I went to the one in the Pheasant Lane Mall. The store manager, Abby made some adjustments to help with the dizziness I was feeling (I wear bifocals) but determined that the lenses should be remade. I continued to have an issue with the new lenses, but Abby figured out that the glass were too big and my eyes were not going to adjust to the bigger size frame. I felt terrible going back so many times but Abby was so patient, helpful, and kind. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for help in finding a great pair of glasses and know that they will stand behind them to be sure they are perfect.

Every aspect of my visit to LensCrafters in the Pheasant Lane Mall was so quick and easy. The doctor and all staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. All equipment for various eye tests was state of the art. I unknowingly, but serendipitously, made my appointment during the Memorial Day Weekend sale; the prices were so outstanding, I bought three pairs. Plus, two of the three were ready for me to pick up more quickly than I've ever experienced – and I've been wearing glasses for 50 years. It's LensCrafters for me from now on!
