The people are awesome!!!!!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the receptionist to the first eye exam to the doctor to the sales associate. Everyone has a great personality. We were laughing and joking around. Best place to go. Will be back when the time comes around again. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Horrible experience, the receptionist was coughing with out sanitizing her hands. The Dr didn't greet me when entering the room he also did not wipe any of the equipment down prior to use. I had to sanitize my self to ensure it was clean. I will not be back and 1 out of 5 do not recommend.

ASK FOR SARAH! I see a couple reviews about unfriendly staff, ask for Sarah. Sarah was helpful, quick and friendly. She had us in and out in no time at all with a new pair of glasses. She also took the time straighten out my current pair of glasses. Will be going back for any future needs and working with her! Thanks again

Holly was amazing, my nephew broke his glasses and they got us in right away and fixed them free of charge.

I went in because the screw came out of my glasses and I was panicking because I don't have a spare pair and every other eye Dr was already closed. The tech fix them in less than 5 minutes and saved my weekend! I even made an eye exam because everyone was so pleasant.

I just had the most unprofessional experience in this location. Both Lisa and Holly were rude and condescending when I asked about a second pair of frames that I had ordered. Instead of looking it up in their system, Lisa gave me the numbers to look it up on my cell phone while she was sitting in front of an iPad. Holly spoke to me as if I was stupid when explaining to me how back orders work and that was never a question. I immediately asked for a refund, I’ll take my business to another location with better customer service.

If y’all SEE the reviews about the SAME rude lady calling or answering the phone ..WHY keep her doing it?? Y’all have to do better at listening to customers and/or future customers! I was looking forward to service.

Highly recommend! Always plenty of Associates working who are helpful, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. I've been to the other location at Northlake and was not the same experience there nor do they have as good a selection as Mooresville does. Take the extra drive (if needed) and go here!! (oh, and it's a beautiful, modern store!)

Excellent customer service!! I walked in just to get a screw replaced on my glasses and was greeted as soon as I walked in. asked for a screw replacement and they fixed it up in no time for no charge. Would highly recommend!

So I went around 12/22/24 to get my eyes examined. The receptionist who was answering the calls and helping to do the exams, didn’t really seem friendly at all, and the eye doctor seemed nervous to work with me. And would not help me get through the exam in a proper manner. When the exam was done, the following day I went to Hickory LensCrafters and got my glasses picked out , I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks. And that was with holiday time and being delayed in Atlanta finally when I got them I tried them on and I could not see anything and I told the guy I could not see anything he just said give it time bifocals take time to get used to so I wore them for about 3 1/2 hours. After 3 1/2 hours, I could not see anything at all and My head was hurting and I felt nauseous the following day I go to LensCrafters in Mooresville . And the guy tells me the same thing as a guy in Hickory give a time or I’m looking through them wrong and that was about 20 minutes of me going back-and-forth with him. Finally I convinced him to give me another eye exam when they did it turns out the doctor or the machine had messed up the exam . Then they tell me I have to wait 10 more days to get my new glasses. When I called the customer service number they were not helpful. They would not touch it. Or could not . They tell me I have to fill out paperwork online . And that will take three weeks to get reviewed so I talk to somebody online with their chat log this person is extremely unhelpful and at the end of the chat log he sends me these numbers with dashes that nothing. It’s ridiculous to have to go through all this just for a pair of glasses in the future I will not be coming back.

I wish it were better. Visited on December 9th. Staff was helpful and informative. I was originally told I would receive my glasses on December 19th. As of December 29th, I have yet to receive my glasses. When I call, no one can give me an estimated time of delivery.

I brought my daughter in on Christmas Eve to get her glasses repaired. The employees were friendly and the service was fast! We’re very pleased with the service and product from Lens Crafters!

Picked out new frames and lenses today. The experience was great from the modern storefront, to the large frame selection. Our helper, Holly made it even more seamless. Would definitely go back!

My husband and I recently visited the new LensCrafters in Mooresville, and we were blown away by the experience. The store itself is beautiful, with a modern look and an incredibly expansive selection of frames to choose from. We initially came in for one pair of glasses but ended up purchasing two pairs each, plus two pairs of sunglasses each. Sarah, our sales associate, was absolutely fantastic-helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. She assisted with a special sunglass order request and gave thoughtful opinions on how different frames look on us. She even offered to adjust my current glasses, which was greatly appreciated and needed! We will definitely be returning to this location.

I came in today after having a horrible experience at Target Optical. Sarah was absolutely amazing. Her and her coworker took the time to help me find frames that look perfect on me, as well as took the time to explain their service to me. I will only be coming here from now on. I only ever have a great experience with Lenscrafters Edit: I got my glasses way earlier than expected! They said 7-10 business days and I got them back in 4 business days. These glasses are the highest quality glasses ive ever had. I cannot recommend this store enough! Shoutout to their phenomenal staff ♥️

Allen and Chris are absolutely exceptional in customer service, professionalism, and personality. They were patient and knowledgeable when helping my wife and I. They also offer the best selection out of any of the LensCrafters within the area. We will be coming back here all the time!

What a great experience! I rolled in there hoping to get my bent frame fixed…They were able to fix and even cleaned them after! I’m disappointed I forgot the Optometrist’s name as I’d love to give her to recognition she deserves!

Today made a a call to schedule appointment for eye exam for my son.The unprofessional, rude lady that answered the phone , give me the total correctly (with insurance).When I called back later to make sure it’s the exact and correct amount, after calling my insurance she didn’t want to speak to me. She kept me on hold not realizing I can hear her conversation while I’m in the phone because her line was still open. I’m so glad we didn’t come here. Definitely will be taking my money somewhere else to purchase glasses or contacts. Didn’t know Lens Crafters hired a bunch of unprofessional folks! Stay away!
