These folks gave me the wrong prescription for my contacts. I called them and tried to get it corrected. They refused to do it without charging me more money.

Ellen was completely amazing. She helped me pick out the perfect frames. She was very sweet and professional and kind. I will be back again.

The Store Manager (Julie) helped me pick out new frames and I also decided to take advantage of the half off sale on a second pair so I decided to get Rx Sunglasses! She was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me. I couldn’t have been more impressed by her attitude, knowledge and patience.

Very sweet lady helped my dad pick out glasses and worked around to a price that he was comfortable paying. I wish I knew the ladies name that really took her time with us and was very kind, so I can give her a shout out. Thank you, we had a great experience and definitely recommend this place

All the ladies were wonderful! They checked immediately to see if my prescription lenses were in stock since my glasses had broken. My new glasses were ready in less than an hour. I had an amazing experience. Jasmine was so knowledgeable and helpful, adjusted my frames twice for comfort. Great selection of frames. Will definitely be back!

This is specifically for the Biltmore Park location in Asheville, NC. It has been 20+ years since I needed or wanted to wear glasses. I had tried buying a pair on line which turned into a true mess for me, and went to LensCrafters as a result. Dan was my salesperson. very friendly and helpful but also patient. The first pair I bought did not work for several reasons, and julie was there to help with the return and replacement (Dan was out). Very patient, helpful. A return to a time when customer service mattered. As fate would have it, the second pair did not work, either due to discomfort. again, Dan and Julie helped and now waiting for the replacement. Simply great service.

I was greeted upon arrival and immediately sent to meet with a lens consultant, Ellen. Ellen helped me choose a few different frames for glasses and sunglasses. Once those were chosen, we had a consultation to review the options for glasses and add ons for non-glare and other options. I purchased frames and lenses for glasses and sunglasses for less than I could have just replaced lenses in existing frames! I was pleasantly surprised. I will be back and will refer my friends!

We used Lenscrafters at Largo Mall in Florida for several years before we moved to the Asheville area . Jasmine helped us for the first time about 23 years ago at Biltmore Town Square and we have been extremely satisfied not only with the doctor on premises but with the entire staff that works with Jasmine in the retail store!! I once tested their pricing by going to a smaller competitor that everyone was bragging about only to learn that they were a lot more expensive and a lot less efficient than Lenscrafters! Amazing experience. I've been ordering cheap glasses online for years, and though I've been happy with it, I decided to check out what was available in store. Julie was an absolute ray of sunshine in an otherwise cloudy world. She was exceptionally patient through all of my numerous moments of pickyness and indecisiveness. Not only did she help me find dashing frames, but also helped determine the specific lenses that would be best suited for my specific job needs. I was so pleased, she even talked me into getting some prescription sunglasses as well, still making sure to cater the lenses to my specific requirements. Recently, I truly believed that all sales is a gimmick and that no one actually cares about what a customer wants/needs, but Julie proved that to be incorrect! If you need glasses, I'd tell you to go nowhere else but here!

Jasmine and Julie were great! Jasmine asked great questions and showed me multiple options. With her help I found the perfect pair. Both her and Julie answered my questions about the different lense types and features. I left there confident I had the perfect pair and can't wait to wear them.

Everyone was so helpful. My glasses that I had purchased previously were not working out for me. They were very polite and knowledgeable. I appreciate all they did to make sure my glasses were correct. Fingers crossed . I hope my new order will be good.

I went in to get some new prescription glasses. I had a good idea of what I wanted. The store manager guided me through the selection process and I got all the features I need. This took maybe 20 minutes with no waiting. She was very helpful courteous and professional.

Great, friendly service and very up to date equipment that fully assesses the health of our eyes, and gets the right prescription - easy and fast. And my one pair of glasses (not the transition ones) were made on the spot - in less than an hour! Plus Jasmine made sure that I got the best price - between my health insurance and their current specials.

Went to LensCrafters located on SCHNEC K Parkway in Asheville to have some sunglasses made. The store very modern and well laid out with good staffing. The representative Haley that helped me was knowledgeable and very professional. Highly recommend

Everyone at LensCrafters was very friendly, easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable. I've used them for multiple sunglasses and regular glasses and will continue to do so. The frame selection is incredible and the prices are great, better than I can usually get even using my vision insurance. I highly recommend them for all your family vision needs.

I wish I knew the name of the person who helped my son and I today. She was knowledgeable and kind, and she was so patient with my 5yo as he tried on glasses and had measurements done. The kids’ selection wasn’t large, but we still felt like we had options, and the process was efficient without being rushed. We would definitely come back to this location despite having closer shops available.
