The doctor and staff were very kind and helpful, making this is by far the best experience I have ever had in getting an eye exam and choosing glasses. The prices are so affordable that I ended up getting three pairs of glasses.

I was in from out of town and broke my glasses. It was terrible trying to work on my laptop and drive the rental car without having my glasses. I found the Grand Blanc LensCrafters and was greeted by Kimberlee. I shared my emergency and she looked up my info, had me scheduled for an eye exam to be done within 10mins. Kimberlee explained to the doctor that I needed glasses today. Nikki did the initial exam and she was amazing I was thinking man Kimberlee set the bar really high I hope the rest of the team is as great. Dr. Hentes, did not make me feel rushed, she explained everything to me in detail, shared the changes in my prescription since my last exam and reassured me that as my sight gets worse in the coming years there are glasses that will meet my needs. Dr. Hentes calmed my fears and reassured me. When I was leaving with my new glasses Tiffany the store manager took the time to stop what she was working on to greet me and ensured I got everything I needed. If you're in need of glasses and/or an eye exam. I strongly recommend that you take the time to make the trek to LensCrafters in Grand Blanc, MI. Dr. Hentes, Kimberlee, Nikki and Tiffany are amazing, they took such great care of me that I plan to travel back to Grand Blanc from Florida so Dr. Hentes can handle my next eye exam. LensCrafters should strongly consider using this store as their model in excellence for all of the other stores to follow. Thank you ladies for everything I am eternally grateful!!!!! I can finally see for the first time in days.

This is my first experience at this location and I am exceptionally happy with my experience. The sales woman was genuine, kind, helpful and beyond accommodating. I typically visit the 12 Oaks location, but I have found my new store since moving to the area! Thank you for your kindness, especially around Christmas!

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I was able to browse on my own as well as had assistance when needed. When asking questions I felt very informed, but not talked down too. When it came to checkout I was able to very easily get my prescription, as well as a full breakdown of what I had paid for. Cannot recommend this staff enough.

Today's visit was so much better than my last. Both women helping me today were very helpful and patient with me! It goes to show you just because you have a couple bad apples working at a business it doesn't mean the whole place is bad!

After a manager from GB location ordered frames for me I waited two weeks I called to check on status only to have a sales associate tell me they called all over the country and could not find the frames I wanted. I was lied to be a staff member who had a terrible attitude. I was not called with this information. I think she made a mistake and cancelled the order. Maybe she is not able to read and is illiterate. She should not be in customer service. A different location ordered the frames and they did not have any issues. Stay away from this location. The sales floor clerk has a terrible attitude and is not professional.

Employees are less than friendly. I was the only customer in the place and they still made me wait forty five minutes. The whole experience was uncomfortable.

Lens Crafters was great in dealing with my issues with the lens. They solved the issue.

Tiffany at the grand blanc location was amazing, we needed a pair of glasses for a deceased person for his funeral and she got us in and taken care of very quick and efficient. I would recommend Tiffany to anyone for any optical needs they have!!!

I had an appointment . I have called several times to cancel do to illness. Trying now for over an hour. Recorded messages only. Appt in an hour. Will never try LensCrafters again. My insurance will not be charged!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at your Grand Blanc store on 7/29/24. I have been a loyal customer for several years but my recent visit has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. I went in to pick up my Meta glasses and soon realized they had been opened, boxed completely destroyed and when I inquired about the condition of my glasses I was given attitudes by two of the store associates, which is unacceptable. I would like to discuss in detail the attitudes and snarky comments that were made along with how both sales associates walked to the back on the store without further assisting me. All to lead up to one of the sales girls walking out the front door and sticking her middle finger up at me, entering her car and leaving the location. I understand that there may be occasional issues in any retail environment, but the combination of poor attitudes and unprofessional behavior from your staff is troubling. I believe that as a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and provided with a pleasant shopping experience. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent them from happening in the future. I would appreciate a response to my concerns and information on any steps that will be taken to improve the store’s reputation and customer service. Thank you for your attention to this matter. By far the best eye dr I have ever been to. Very patient and knowledgeable, and shares her knowledge with you so you understand your eye problem better. Took extra time to work with my husband who is extremely sensitive to light and she was able to do a thorough eye exam and just dimmed all the lights for him, example; she dimmed the light that she uses to look at the back of your eye etc. We will definitely be coming here from now on.

The new building facility location and design is excellent. The sign on the building is easy to see. The interior of the building reflects and blends in well with the product being sold.

The dr was so good with my girls. She showed them images of their eyes and gave a mini anatomy lesson. She was a natural with kids. My 10 year old thinks she may want to be an eye dr now.

I have a challenging prescription, and Dr. Purdy took the time to make sure it was just right. Tiffany and Tairrie were great to work with as well... Honestly everyone at this location was lovely

The Doctor was very polite and nice. The sales associate on the other hand was very rude and abrupt. It felt as if she was doing me a favor and I was an inconvenience to her. I was the only customer in the store. I wanted to purchase two frames and lenses. But ended up paying for my eye exam and leaving. From the start of our interaction she acted annoyed. I was dealing with another associate from two day ago. But she was busy on the phone. She already knew what I wanted, so I would’ve liked to stayed working with her. The new sales associate didn’t even ask me what I wanted and what features I want my glasses to have. She pulled up the screen for me to pay and had only one pair on there. It was so bizarre. I have been to that location multiple times. I have been getting all my pairs from there since 2017. This is my first bad experience. I asked her politely if I did something to offend her which she answered no. I explained that she has bad customer service. She chuckled and said: “well that’s weird, and a first.” I left after the interaction. If she cannot recognize that was bad customer service, then customer service is not the job for her. My receipt it says Cashier: Zaria 235482 and Salesperson: 326900 Nichole.

amazing staff. Tairrie is an amazing manager and overall a great person to talk to. changed my nose pads and took apart/ cleaned my lenses with ease. and all for free!! love this place, I won’t go anywhere else.

I had a wonderful eye exam at this location with special thanks to Kelly and Dr. Purdy. The equipment is state of the art and the team is very knowledgeable. Dr. Purdy went above and beyond for me in answering questions and helping me understand the width of the glasses I was looking at. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend this location.
