Very good customer service, I walked in yesterday hoping for a walk in like I did 2 years ago and they have done it, today I went to get my exam done and it was very professional, easy and fast. Friendly staff and doctor. They had very good prices as a part of a promotion they had going on so it was a great time I payed 500 for 2 prescription glasses which is perfect and great frames and everything, I would definitely buy the glasses when they run a promotion as they are cheaper but overall 5/5 for me and can’t wait to pickup the glasses. Nazareth was taking me in yesterday and today and she’s the best I would get her she is an awesome sales associate.

Excellent experience! Sales associates were all very helpful and friendly and the store had an excellent selection of frames. The took more measurements than any other place I've ever been too to ensure a good fit. Will definitely go back here to get glasses again.

Great level of service from the time I walked in the door until I completed the order. This location is far, far superior to the Wheaton, MD location.

I was helped out by the ASM Afti (sorry if I spelled it wrong) he was super helpful and was pretty great at helping me find the exact size and style I was going for!

Associate was very kind and helpful when I came in just to have my sunglasses quickly cleaned. They even offered to help tighten them a bit which I had not thought of doing, but it was greatly appreciated.

Great service from Ifthi (asst. store manager). He gave me very valuable advice on frames and lens and did not rush me, although I was in the store for nearly an hour. This store has a wide selection of frames, better than most other stores in the area I visited.

Came in to replace a pair of frames that broke and within 4 days they had a new frame and my lenses place back in. Even better the management staff went out of their way to find the exact frames that I had that were no longer being made. Thanks so much for this.

BEST EVER customer service at the Rose Avenue site. Ask for Tina--she's fantastic! Wonderful people skills and helpful in selecting glasses that coordinate with your personality. She goes above and beyond. You won't be disappointed. And Dr. Louis Espejo provides a thorough exam--one that includes the most up-to-date glaucoma exam. Again, the service is top notch!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE

I walked in the store to ask a question the manager named Tina Le rudely cut me off and answered a question I did not ask I respectfully let her know that the answer she gave me was not what I had concerns about then I explained my question and it still wasn’t answered so I told her I’m okay on your help I’m just gonna look around and she then smiled and said no you can leave I said for what I did nothing wrong and she continues saying leave and proceeds to call security. If I didn’t have plans on being somewhere at a certain time I would’ve waited for the cops and got me a nice lawsuit

In my experience with both the Wheaton and Rockville stores I found that Sonia (Wheaton Manager) could not control the RUDENESS of the Assistant Manager Christina and in my 58 year working career I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO RUDELY TREATED by Christina and I will NEVER SET FOOT in that store AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Asia adjusted my glasses and took them from frustrating to Ahhhhh! I appreciate this extra as she worked on July 4 th. I’m so thrilled!

I first called LensCrafters on Rose Avenue to see if they were in network. I spoke with Nohemi. She was so helpful. I asked tons of questions, and she answered them easily. I took up a lot of her time, and she did not rush me. It was also fun speaking with her. I then visited the store. The store is clean and well lit. It is a great environment to find a new pair of glasses. I worked with Nick. He was friendly, pleasant, and helpful. He offered great suggestions and was very patient. I tried on a lot of pairs, and he wasn’t put off returning them to their proper location. Eventually, I found the perfect pair. Upon picking up the glasses, I met Nohemi – Nick wasn’t there. She was just as nice and personable in the store as she was on the phone. A few days later, I called again to ask Nohemi a few questions. Although she wasn’t there, Tina (the store manager) took care of me. She was amazing. She has been working there for three years and really understands the insurance side. She was clear, explained the nuances, the total price, and the breakdown. She spent over 30 minutes just going through details. It was so helpful. I could not be happier with my entire experience at LensCrafters. Tina’s team is wonderful. In addition to the people, I love the location, and the free 2-hour parking in the garage. It allows you to take your time shopping for the right pair and ask all the questions you need.

Dr Espejo was great as always. He explained changes in my prescription in a very easy/understandable way. For my glasses selection, Nick was very helpful in explaining different lens options available for the glasses I was interested in. He also was great in explaining the cost differences based on my insurance.
