I went into the Hunt Valley Lens Crafters to look for new glasses and was met by Megan. She was awesome and took the time to help me find the perfect pair. Megan explained everything to me and I really appreciated her help and honesty!!!

Unfortunately, after getting a second opinion, I can confirm that LensCrafters provided me with a really misdiagnosed prescription, even after a second exam to correct the first and two additional trial prescriptions. My experience felt very rushed when working with the doctor in both cases, with particularly little time spent testing with different lenses in the phoropter. This whole situation feels like it could have been avoided if he just took his time and measured my eyes thoroughly. This is particularly egregious due mostly to the fact that the issue they (the doctor) introduced was due to completely ignoring my previous prescription. I was advised to use a stronger non-astygmatism lens to correct my vision, but, in my now working lenses from another provider, my astigmatism has doubled since my last good prescription. In addition, my refunds were only considered after leaving a negative review and charging back the cost of the bad lenses. When ordering my first replacements I was told couldn't have their mistake refunded and they only took me seriously when I took my money back. In all, I'm out over $400 and have been dealing with poor vision in one eye for the last three months due to their screw up. I will not be back and advise you find another eye health provider.

Very friendly staff, lots of frames to choose from

I brought in glasses that I thought were stretched out beyond repair. They got sat on and the sides went out beyond the frame SO much that I could not even keep them on my head, I had to bend the sides in just to get the pieces on my ears instead of out. I was helped by a woman named, Justice. She not only fixed them but made them fit better than they did when I originally bought them online! She was SO amazing, so patient and took the time to make so many adjustments to make sure they were the perfect fit! And the best part was the adjustment was FREE! Had the best experience and Justice is amazing!

I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters, all thanks to Justine and Celina! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Their service was top-notch—both were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The store itself was clean, organized, and had a friendly vibe that made the whole experience enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in need of eyewear. I’m definitely coming back for all my future needs!

We are facing some difficulties with my glasses and Daijah fixed very perfectly .I am happy suggest to everyone to visit and try the lenses.

Overall a really great experience! Great selection and staff was really kind and helpful. Daijah helped me out a lot in finding my new pair of Burberry prescription glasses. 10/10 definitely recommend.

I would not recommend this location. It took me several tries to get seen by a doctor as even the staff seems confused when a doctor was there. I was there for contacts and I was told the brand I used was discontinued. They gave me a brand and after trialing I had several issues with. I was told I would have to pay $80 for another contact fitting. I ended up finding some pairs of my old contacts at home so I decided to use those first. Now I am being told with the time passed I need to reschedule the entire exam over. The real aggravating part is upon further investigation was my original brand that I wanted was not discontinued, so they lied! I will never return here unorganized and dishonest.

I went to pick up my glasses and for some the first time I didn’t need to have any adjustments. They fit absolutely perfect. I love them and the service that was provided. This is my go to place for glasses. I highly recommend them.

Stopped by after having a small emergency where one of my lenses popped out of the frame while I was driving. The staff in were very nice and fixed my glasses with no notice. Great customer service!

I worked with Megan as my Optician. She was great. I had my glasses picked out and had placed my order within 15min including all measurements. She was very friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend this establishment.

I recently went to Lens Crafters for a pair of Costa prescription sun glasses. I was treated incredibly well by the staff. The employee that took care of me was very well informed and answered all my questions and offered great advice. I love the glasses and will definitely return. Great service! My sunglasses had a bent frame causing the lens to repeatedly pop out. They had me fixed and out the door in 5 minutes.

What great service I received last night! My glasses were completely broken and they took care of them quickly. Megan was so knowledgable about the glasses and materials to do a repair that was refused at the other shops. Great place to have in the area for excellent service when you need it the most!

I typically do not leave reviews however I felt like after this experience I needed to. I originally was going to go to the York location however the Hunt Valley location had an earlier appointment time that fit better with my schedule. First time going to the Hunt Valley location. Arrived at 3pm for my 3:30pm appointment. Was told the doctor was seeing patients virtually. Was taken into the back to perform necessary testing before seeing the doctor. Was told doctor was running late with previous client. Was told it would be a little bit before taken into the back and to look around at frames. I selected two frames that I indeed wanted to purchase. Waited until 4:30pm and then was told I had to leave since the doctor is done at 5pm. Another gentleman was waiting after me who also showed up on time and was told the same thing and to reschedule. Sounds like the doctor should have stayed longer to see the patients who arrived early/on time for their appointments. I work at a vet office and even our doctors stay later if clients are physically in office. I will not be coming back to this location. Very disappointed especially when the whole office doesn’t close until 7pm.

Excellent optometrist that goes above and beyond to evaluate your eye and your vision, and ensures that you receive correct vision prescription. Dr. Michael Andreaggi is simply the best! We definitely highly recommend him. Also, the selection of glasses is fantastic and the staff go above and beyond to find you the perfect look! Offices are beautiful.

The employee who assisted me was friendly and pleasant to talk with. They explained everything in detail to me clearly and I was able to pick out my new sunglasses with ease. They also adjusted my glasses free of charge. Thank you for a great experience!

My first visit wasn't as planned but my second visit and actual appointment went extremely well. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10 would come again!

I went to Lens Crafter in Hunt Valley. The staff is excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Diego helped me and was so efficient. I appreciated it. Nice to have well trained employees.

Karen Hopps is the store Market Manager at the Hunt Valley Maryland location. Karen and her team welcomed me, and assisted me with two new reading glasses. Outstanding, couldn't be happier. Karen even called me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I was so please, I even bought sunglasses at their location :)

I discovered this location accidentally, and I am so happy that I did! The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and really worked to get me the best deal on complete glasses, which for me can get prohibitively expensive. The modern equipment made for a much easier exam experience, and left me confident that I was getting the best care. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

I showed up for my appointment however the doctor wasn't there. I fully understand doctors having emergencies they need to deal with but no one in the office bothered to call me and reschedule. I have the empty call long to prove it. I wasted my time going there during my business hours. I rescheduled my appointment for today. Someone from Lenscrafters Hunt Valley called me 30 minutes before my appointment to let me know they'd charge me for my exam even though I had insurance because they couldn't find it in their system. I told them my insurance plan covered the exam and gave them my insurance information once again. I was put on hold for 25 minutes while I assumed they were checking with the insurance company again. While waiting, I called the insurance company on another line to confirm I was correct - which I was. Lenscrafters finally came back on the line, confirmed I had insurance but then told me I was too late for my appointment (because they called me and put me on hold) and that I'd need to reschedule again. Don't go to this location unless you're looking to waste your time and money.

Very impressed with the updated optical technology for the eye exam. I am now a bigger fan of telehealth options after this eye exam. The whole process was easy and the staff made the process enjoyable. Karen was happy to show me a variety of affordable option and explained everything with care.

An overall great experience! I loved the store everything was so organized and clean. Nothing but wonderful words could describe the stores employees, everyone was so friendly and easy to talk to about all the options.
