I've been getting my glasses here for years. They have a great selection of frames and offer a variety of lens options. My latest visit, I went in to get the exact same frames in a different color and they were not showing up in the system (no longer available) but the optician was able to find them online for me and locate the SKU to find the same glasses, in a different color - exactly what I wanted!! She also picked out several other frames that were similar as additional options and explained the billing process to me. Great customer service.

Anyone who lives in the Taunton, MA area should absolutely go to this store and ask for Laurie. Every time my husband and I go, she is so helpful and knowledgeable. My last pair of glasses I bought at this store and are the first pair that actually fit perfectly and are comfortable the entire day and it's because of Laurie's knowledge and fitting ability. My last purchase from this store was a pair of sunglasses and as always, Laurie was great!

For any of my glasses wearing people!!! Be sure to stop in to see Laurie King at the LensCrafters on Main St Taunton. She is absolutely amazing and so helpful, all with such great hospitality! Our elderly neighbor fell and broke her glasses. She asked my husband to fix them, however, they were beyond repair. We wanted to get her something to help her so she could see again. I stopped in to my current eye doctors office and unfortunately they were unable to help me. I stopped in LensCrafters and was immediately greeted with a smile by Laurie. She stopped everything she was doing to help see what could be done. She found some frames that would fit the current lenses and worked her magic! She cleaned up her lenses as best she could and honestly, they look almost brand new minus the scratches from the fall. I was blown away at the customer service I received there today and will be sure to stop on in when I need new glasses myself!

All of the staff members are very knowledgeable and strive to make sure that you have an easy experience, get exactly what you need, and look darn good when you leave. 10 out of 10 every time! Remember, there is plenty of parking BEHIND the building.

I visited the Taunton LensCrafters yesterday and Laurie was the one assisting me. She was amazing and spent the time helping me pick out the perfect pair of eye glasses. This will be my third pair of glasses I've gotten at this location. Highly recommend LensCrafters especially this location and Laurie is amazing.

I was with Alice today and she did the best job with me ever! So kind and careful and picked out the perfect pair of glasses . Even explained the warranty on switch out lenses that no one has ever explained before . I can’t wait to get my glasses. Thank you Alice !!

Laurie at LensCrafters was wonderful and understanding with my daughters first pair of glasses. Ver knowledgeable. Only downside was a very small selection of glasses her size. However, they were the only place around that had ANY glasses her size, so I kept my five stars. I wouldn't have found any in the area had they not had the few pairs they did.

After experiencing an unfortunate encounter with a foot in motion, my glasses that were stepped on were left quite warped. The welcoming/friendly staff took care of me and managed to reshape my specs to the proper fit!! And then assisted me with purchasing a new frame..........just in case!!
