Beware of the store manager Susan. She will try to up sale you on everything. My husband and I both got 2 frames and she made such a mess with our insurance charges and couldn't give a clear break down on how much the insurance was covering and what we had to pay out of pocket. In the end, she couldn't even refund our money. Instead, she pretended to give us a "discount" on the "protection plan." She's a thief. Also, look out for David. My husband went in to try to get his glasses adjusted and they ended up worse. David does not know what he's doing. In spite of this, Hasia was the best. She provided excellent customer service. I would give her 5 stars. She was very patient and helped us chose the best frames.

I went in for contacts and glasses. I had a pleasant experience there overall. I think i selected 10 pairs of frames that I liked, the lady at the front desk came and hand me one single frame to try. I end up going with that. They know what they doing there. Very happy with this place.

The Sore Manager Joan was absolutely brilliant, kind, and courteous. She was very Pleasant and well spoken made sure she greeted me and made sure I was very happy with my purchase before I left. We had a last minute eyeglass emergency and eye infection so we went to the LENSCRAFTERS in MACYS at the North Shore Mall in Peabody, MA. The technician, Spencer, was above and beyond helpful... getting us in to see the eye doctor right away. Doctor Neckers was absolutely amazing. She diagnosed the issue and called around for the particular medication needed. Then she actually followed up with the applicable pharmacy to be sure the medication was indeed in stock and to be sure they got the prescription. We are so grateful for these caring employees at LensCrafters... it was the weekend and would have been an emergency room visit if they had not fit us in! THANK YOU AGAIN DR NECKERS AND SPENCER!

What a wonderful experience as a customer! Saul and Dr. Carey were great. Both are very professional and supportive. I rarely leave reviews but this is one I couldn’t pass on because it’s well deserved. I am very looking forward to meeting my eye health team next year. A+

It was late on a Sunday, I was out of contacts and stuck in glasses with a very old prescription. I went to LensCrafters in desperate need of a miracle. Lucky, they had what I needed. Thank you, Saul!

Saul is the absolute best! I broke my glasses and he helped me find a new pair. He was professional, helpful and super personable. Very patient while me and my friend were trying on multiple glasses and gave us great suggestions. My experience was super positive even though I had to go in for unfortunate circumstances :)

Roger was exceptionally helpful. Not only with helping me find frames to match my personal style and daily wear needs, but ensuring I got the most benefit out of my insurance options and the coupon I brought in. He has a sparking personality, is a thoughtful salesperson, and knows the business of dealing with insurance - which is no small feat. I’d recommend this location to anyone, and tell them to ask when Roger’s working.
