- I do love my new glasses, however your organization leaves much to be desired when it comes to communication. I purchased my glasses at one location and was told that it would be no problem to ship the glasses to another store closer to my home for pickup. It was chaotic trying to determine where the glasses were at any given time. On 3 occasions I was told that they had been shipped, when, in fact they had not. Someone then wrote on the slip to wait for the 2nd pair (which had already been picked up. How did they not know that?) The glasses were finally brought to the pickup store and when I called them again, was told that they had not yet arrived. In fact, they had been there for 4 days at that point and no one knew where they were. I don't understand this level of incompetence. I was extremely frustrated by the process. The shipping was offered as an option to me, I did not suggest it and certainly would not have agreed had I known. - helpful sales associates , but the quality of Oakley frames is below par . Had to have the frame replaced three times . I was told by store management if i pick a different frame at this time it would void my paid for extended warranty .
