Went in with a broken pair of sunglasses that were held together by a piece of tape and Amy was able to fix them immediately. She also cleaned them and adjusted them until they fit perfectly. Definitely will be returning for my next pair!

I’d recommend the location on route 1 in south Attleboro over this location. They have a much faster turn around and they seem more thorough.

Visited School Street in Mansfield, MA for new glasses and frames. Great service .. particularly Amy who provided guidance and advice toward frames selected and lens configuration. I would definitely do business with that location in the future !

I'm so happy that I found this store on my Facebook feed. Amy was extremely helpful in suggesting frames according to my preferences. She is very knowledgeable and professional. In addition, she recommended the adaptive progressive lenses which I purchased and I'm so glad I did. There was no adjusting period, I loved my glasses from the first day I put them on. It's a beautiful new store and I highly recommend that you stop by and ask for Amy. She will spend as much time as you need to ensure your new glasses are just right for you.

I visited the store in Mansfield Crossing, which is a relatively new and beautiful store. My visit was to physically try on and purchase a pair of sunglasses. After a short time in the store, I did find a very nice pair of Oakley wraparounds that was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately after going through the measuring process and the salesperson (Chelsea) entering my info into the system; the sunglasses were not eligible for my script. Chelsea was very courteous, but was limited on what she was able to show me when I requested to see what a couple of different sunglass lens styles would look like; mainly due to lack of availability in the store. I settled for a pair of Ray Ban wraparounds. I say settled as the store had very limited Oakley & Ray Ban wraparound selection. I went into the store with a list of 10 different Ray Ban wraparounds to look at. The store had 2 of them available for viewing. How could this be??? I understand the store is new, but I also feel the store should have been better equipped. I have utilized LensCrafters in the past and will probably do so again in the future. However, it would be nice if the store would stock a wider variety and larger selection of sunglasses to suit a wider demographic of customers.
