- Great service for more than seven years
- My glasses recently broke. I called to make sure I was within my protection plan. The woman on the phone said she was busy as she’s the only person who works there and said she would call me back. When I tried to ask a question before she hung up she interrupted me to say “I gotta go”. She called me back 2 days later. When I tried to ask my same question she again said “I gotta go”. I went in to the store they had to order the lenses but sent me home with the new frames, which they didn’t have time to adjust. They fit so poorly, I couldn’t wear them for the week I waited for my lenses to come in. When they were in, I went in at 3pm to drop them off and asked the woman if she could adjust them after. She said “I don’t know. I’m the only one who works here who can do it and I leave at 6”. When I went to say something else she said “I gotta go” and walked away from me. When I went to pick them up a man said he could adjust them and insisted on doing while he was helping another customer order two pairs of glasses. I said I didn’t mind waiting but he insisted. They still don’t fit. They are too close to my eye on one side. He said he couldn’t adjust it any further. I’ve been wearing them for a week, hoping they’ll wear in but they have been giving me headaches when I wear them all day. This is the quality and service I consistently get from this LensCrafters location. They are understaffed and just plain rude. You get your glasses and they don’t fit any where near the way they did when you picked them out. We have to wear these items on our face to SEE and function in the world and they are EXPENSIVE. They should fit comfortably. In conclusion, I think I’m finally done with LensCrafters. - The glasses that I paid over 400 dollars for broke within 3 days and less than one hours use. I took them back to the store and demanded a refund. - The customer service in this store is exceptional. I had a problem with new frames I just purchased and they swapped them out for a new frame while I was in the store. I was lucky to have chosen a pair of new frames that were the same size as the one I wanted to replace.
