The staff is pushy , unwilling to help and incapable of listening to customers.i came into pick up my glasses and get them fitted. Instead i was met with an indivual by the name of Ann who seconded geussed EVERY statement about a perscription I WAS THE ONLY ONE between the two of us present for the testing. I asked to get my pupils messured instead i was asked about a poster in the distance. WITH EVERY STATEMENT ABOUT MY GLASSES. I was asked "are u sure ?" Of " thats cant be true." How are you going to second geuss MY OWN EXPERIENCE. These eye are in my head not this womans. WORST EXPEREINCE EVER.

I was very pleased with the professional and knowledgeable Cody at the Cambridge Side Galeria Mall for helping me with a nice pair of Ray Ban prescription transition progresive lens eyeglasses. Complex lens prescriptions require a little bit of a learning curve and he did a great job in explaining the nuances.

I have been visiting this location for some time. One of the biggest reasons why I come here is because of one of your employees, Neil. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. I ordered a pair of Oakley prescription sunglasses and I’m extremely pleased with his service and the product. Please recognize his efforts and how lucky you are to have him as an employee. -Jason

The worst experience ever. I researched glasses and lenses on LenCrafter’s website before visiting the store, expecting a better in-person experience. After choosing same lenses and frame, I noticed the store’s price was higher than online. When I asked why and want to check if the selections could be different, the staff became impatient and rudely said, “We don’t match online prices; we are not the same store; everything is different; just order online.” The customer service was extremely disappointing. I’m sad about this experience, but it’s clear I won’t be purchasing from this store. Don’t waste your time.

Anna and Neil provided us with thoughtful and thoroughly professional assistance. My husband and I walked into LensCrafters right before we were scheduled to leave on a trip. One pair of glasses had come apart due to a missing screw. Two pairs of glasses had nose pieces that were so misaligned that the glasses had become impossible to use. Anna and Neil immediately went into action to help us. Neil fixed one pair of glasses, while Anna adjusted the other two pairs so that they no longer hurt to wear. Thank you Anna and Neil for your kindness and for your incredibly competent help. I can’t tell you how much my husband and I appreciated it!

Jasmine Cox needs a promotion ASAP! She is Efficient, knowledgeable, poised. I was in and out without any of my time being wasted, and very satisfied with my transactions. Also, they sell Rayban products, so why even bother going to Rayban and getting garbage service when you can come here and talk to a pro like Jasmine

Nice people but they lost my glasses after reaching out to me saying my new glasses were ready for pick up.

After bad experience at sunglassesHut, I went there to try to get my one month old glasses refitted to my face. Dominic was the person that helped me out and their service was absolutely fantastic. Cannot recommend more.

Anna was amazing. She took her time to show options to my daughter, gave her suggestions and was super helpful and kind all the time. It’s the second time we go to Lens Crafters for my daughter’s eyeglasses and we always have the best experience. Many Blessings!!!

Jasmine was amazing I really enjoyed my experience she made everything so easy. She gave me information about my glasses and insurance that I otherwise wouldn’t have known. I came back two weeks later to purchase my glasses and not only did she remember me but assisted in everything else I needed and wanted . She’s amazing and I really do appreciate her.

I was told that 'only expensive frames' would fit my head (lol). News to me after 25 years of wearing glasses.

The service was quick and professional. I was given options to upgrade my purchase and given details including prices and benefits. I would highly recommend this store.

👎Went in this afternoon to see frames. the lady (idk name can only remember its the tall fat lady)was extremely arrogant and rude. I dont know if she just treats asians this way which i find very disappointing. When i asked questions, she seemed very impatient. If you are not ready for work, please go home. Customers shouldnt be treated by someone in this way. I was actually going to get a pair of glasses and decided which one to buy but didnt end up getting it simply just bc of the attitude i received. Left the place very unhappy. And would not come back

I've been having my eyes tested and have purchased glasses from this location for the past 6 or so years. I always receive phenomenal treatment from Anna and Summer. I'd recommend this LensCrafters location to anyone. Everyone else I've ever interacted with in the store and optometry office has also been extremely pleasant and friendly.

Neil and Anna were amazing!!! We had a lost eye glasses emergency and they were able to sort us out with new specs in pretty much no time at all! It was better than 1 hour!! Neil really made sure that my daughter had her new and necessary glasses! Thank you!

I brought my eyeglasses in for repair on short notice. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Neal, in particular, was terrific. He repaired the glasses quickly, and I was not charged. Really excellent customer service.

Everything was excellent at Lenscrafters. Every communication with LensCrafters employees was pleasant. The eye exam was first class, and the Dr went beyond a good job. She was proactive and accommodating. I highly recommend LensCrafters at the Cambridgeside Galleria Mall.

I felt misled and tricked when, the day before my routine eye appointment, I was presented with several forms, including a consent form. During today's visit, Phillip informed me that I missed one form and needed to fill it out. At the end, I was surprised with an additional $40 charge for the Optomap, which was never explained as optional or associated with a cost. It's crucial to inform clients in advance about any additional fees to avoid creating a false impression of routine services with no extra costs. I won't be returning to this place.

Anna, the Lead at the Lenscrafters’s at the Galleria Mall is awesome! She is attentive, honest, and patient. She explains everything well. She works with you to find the best costs for what you want. And she always remembers me and my family even if we come for visits at different times. That personal touch is priceless. I got two complete sets of new glasses.

Cody was very friendly, great customer experience. He showed me options for my progressive lens and explained the difference of each option. He helped me make the right choice for my lens. I definitely recommend Cody.

Anna is amazing, 5/5 but the dude working there was awful. He was rushing me, didn’t know the answer to the most basic questions, and was rude for no reason. Without him, it would have definitely been a 5/5 experience.

This is my 3rd time getting glasses at this Lenscrafters. Anna is terrific - patient, very helpful at figuring out what style might work and helped me weed through insurance benefits. The store is clean and organized and my glasses were ready much quicker than expected. Thanks!

Update: the store lied to the general chain management by saying that they called me, instead they did nothing. Ordered a pair of sunglasses, it has been 3 weeks and it still has not arrived. The associate said that they are redoing it and it is third party problem. Well, you chose the third party for your manufacturing. They did not give any compensation for the delay and just said they could not do anything. Disappointed with the customer service.

The doctor at this location is fun and informative. When looking to buy glasses, speak and work with Cody. The best help finding glasses I've ever had.

The exam started right on time. The doctor walked me through each exam procedure very nicely by telling me what to expect . The exam was very thorough and professional. She took the time to explain to me all pictures and scans taken during the exam . Purchasing the two pairs of glasses was also a breeze. I had a wonderful experience with both technicians who were helping me. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions in detail to make sure my preferences are well understood and addressed. Overall It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience and will highly recommend the doctor and Lenscrafters (Cambridge Galleria) to any of my friends or family looking into purchasing or upgrading their glasses.
