They repaired the nose pads on my glasses for free! 😊 The associate was very kind and friendly to do that for me.

I had a manufacturer issue with my daughter’s eyeglasses. Kim was super proactive, helpful, kind, patient, professional and had a very pleasant manners. She walked the extra mile just to make sure my problem is completely solved. Such a professional person makes me really amazed and deeply grateful!! Kim thank you very much !

Beyond frustrated. I talked to LensCrafters in the Burlington mall on Friday, and confirmed that I could come down this weekend to get my glasses as they are open Saturday and Sunday. I drove an hour down, and the store was locked up and dark. Online says it should be open, the posted store hours at the store say it’s open, and there was no sign on the door or any other indication. I waited two hours and there was still no one there.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I found this experience to be really unprofessional and upsetting. I bought my frames from this LensCrafters about four weeks ago because my prescription had changed a lot, and I needed new glasses ASAP. It took three weeks for them to arrive, which I understand because of the snowstorm. But when I got them, I immediately noticed I couldn’t see well out of my left eye when reading. I called, and they told me to wait about a week to “adjust” to the new prescription. That didn’t seem right, but I gave it a shot. Yesterday, I went to Target (where I originally got my eye exam) and had them check if my glasses matched my prescription. Turns out, the axis for my left eye was supposed to be 135, but it was actually 35. When I called LensCrafters to let them know, they took zero accountability. No apology, no concern—just a rude “Well, you can come in, and we’ll fix it for you.” Mistakes happen, but at least own up to them. A simple “Sorry about that” would have gone a long way. Since I still needed my glasses fixed, I decided to go to the Medford LensCrafters location instead. Unfortunately, I had the same disappointing experience—no accountability, no quick “sorry,” just the same dismissive attitude. It makes me wonder if this is an issue across all LensCrafters locations? Either way, I’ll be avoiding LensCrafters in the future.

LensCrafters requires a payment for the retinal imaging. They claimed that this procedure is a necessary part of your exam. No, this is not true. Unless you have significant vision concerns, you could make your own decision. They refuse your eye exam without you do a retinal imaging. This is a way to take your money. I walked out of this store. Other provider will offer you an option.

The staff at this store are all very friendly and extremely helpful! I had a hard time choosing between frames and they were able to help narrow it down for me. The doctor staff are also very knowledgeable, would come here again!

Delilah Was welcoming and helpful. She fitted my sunglasses to my face. I greatly appreciate her kindness and help and I will be back for future visits. I highly recommend this LensCrafters and ask for Delilah.

I had a wonderful experience at the Burlington Mall location. Kim was very nice and super helpful. She went above and beyond, just so nice. Dr. Weng, was also fantastic she took her time and went over my concerns and took time to explain. I definitely recommend going to this location, very friendly.

Came with a pair of frames that had warped hinges, rims and nose pads but Delilah and James helped out a ton and had them looking like new in just a few minutes

I went into the store in the Burlington (MA) Mall to get 3 new frames and have one additional set of frames (my mother's) repaired. There was nobody else in the store and they took my broken frames right away, after I'd said I had frames to repair and was looking for new ones for myself. I was part way through the store looking at new frames when they brought the repaired glasses to me. Thank you for the quick turnaround. However. I was on my 3rd trip around the store, taking pics of me in various frames, taking pics of the frames themselves so I could maybe find them again. There were no less than FOUR associates sitting around chatting about their holidays and not one of them got up to offer me any help. I didn't have a tray, so lost track of which frames I'd liked. With 4-5 employees doing nothing, I was NOT going to ask for help when I had said I was shopping for frames in the first place, and was obviously shopping. After 45 minutes of this, I walked out. One other customer came in while I was there and I have no idea what kind of service (or not) she received. They have some nice frames but I will not be going back. Two stars for fixing my mother's frames quickly and for the extra lens wipe they came out to give me after giving me the repaired glasses.

Thanks to the amazing staff at Lenscrafters in Burlington, MA my 3 yr old glasses I bought from them look like new! Being 8+ months pregnant I waited to the last minute to attend to my glasses (I'm a contact wearer) which I've been told by my doctor I'll wear more often during the first sleep deprived month. Since it's the holiday season the staff could have easily turned me away but they immediately said no problem we'll tune them up. I was in and out quickly and the 3 yr old glasses look brand new with new nose tabs! Keep up the great work Burlington!!

Went in for lens measurements and they insisted on doing imaging something not required or covered by insurance. That is a push for money not for necessity. I have been to other LensCrafters before. Generally overpriced and pushy. Most frames are 2x the online prices and the lenses can be 3x. Couple of years ago I asked how much for my lens and was quoted around $350...made them online for $110. How LensCrafters is still in business defies economic sense.

I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters! Kim was incredibly helpful in adjusting and fitting both my personal and two new prescription glasses perfectly all at no charge. Unlike Sunglass Hut and Warby Parker, who weren’t able to assist, Kim went above and beyond to meet my needs with care and professionalism. Highly recommend their service!

Large waste of time. They gave me the wrong prescription. I went back to get correct one. After waiting for 45 minutes, I gave up. I'll have to wait until next year for another exam and have to send back two pairs of glasses.

Kim is very nice and friendly. I went in to get my lenses switched from my broken frames to my new frames (original arm broke). Didnt take long and i was like ‘wow, that was fast! Looks amazing!’ I would have screwed up if i did it myself. Happy customer here

I came to pick up new lenses for my current frames. Previously new lenses were just popped in. This time they had to be cut to fit. I was asked to leave my glasses and return when new lenses were installed. As I need my glasses for driving I was unsure what to do. James and the kind lady who waited on me solved the problem. James traced my old lenses onto the new ones and returned my original glasses to me so I was able to drive home safely. I was so grateful!!! Thank you James and the very kind lady who helped me!! You’re the best!!!

I was ready to give up on LensCrafters, until I came to this location. The 3rd time was the charm! I was warmly welcomed by Kristine, who did a fantastic job by helping me find glasses & sunglasses. She & everyone I have dealt with have been nothing but friendly & professional! Just got my glasses & I love them. When I picked them up they made sure I could read out of them properly & they fit well. First class employees, I’m grateful for all their help!
