No where on the website does it say that they cannot hand out glasses after 3 even though they close at 7. Yet again the employee called the big store and they didn’t have an optition on duty either. Now I have to drive back next Sunday just to get my glasses that I already paid for. Mind you I go to school 2 hours away. This company is an actual joke. I will never give them my business ever again. No where on the website does it say that they cannot hand out glasses after 3 even though they close at 7. Yet again the employee called the big store and they didn’t have an optition on duty either. Now I have to drive back next Sunday just to get my glasses that I already paid for. Mind you I go to school 2 hours away. This company is an actual joke. I will never give them my business ever again. I didn't get past the most filthy display of eyeglasses. Every pair of ray bans I picked up were so nasty I ran out of there. I have never seen such gross frames. Macy eye center in burlington mall should be shut down by the board of health!!!!

This review is for Lenscrafter inside Macy’s. My husband came in for his annual eye check up. It started off fine but as the exam went on he felt extremely uncomfortable because the device used for the exam fell off on him several times. It came to the point that my husband was having doubts. He politely told the doctor he wouldn’t want to continue the exam and walked off. My husband went to the other Lenscrafter also located in the Burlington mall and he was more than happy with the service he received there.

This is my go to place for glasses and sunglasses. It primarily is because of the JJ. I had been around many other places and the service, attention and professionalism is unmatched. This is my third pair of glasses with this location. I wonder why I even look at other places since this is an effective use of time when you get great service and the selection was very good.

Matt is amazing! He helped me throughout my whole experience at lens crafters! Compared prices, helped me with the insurance benefits claim. He even explained everything from detail to detail and no bs or beating around the bush just to get a sale. He is a straight up forward honest guy that really helped me picked the right glasses so i can finally see again. Eye doctor Sonya is also amazing! She is very friendly and helpful during my eye exam. My overall experience here is absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend coming here for you’re eye needs! Came in to the store with a bent frame of my Prada sun glasses worth $400. Was expecting a expensive repair, but Matt fixed it with in 5 seconds and zero damage and charged me $0. Best experience ever!

Absolutely amazing staff, from the eye doctors to the individuals that helped me and my friend pick out our glasses they were so knowledgeable along with being extremely helpful and respectful. 10/10, would recommend and will definitely be coming back to this location!

The level of service at this location was outstanding. I was in a rush and was ordering a Christmas gift the week before. So I called and the gentleman Joseph on the phone was incredibly understanding and helpful. The glasses were ordered and shipped to Florida before Christmas Day! This location is exceptional and will be the location that we remain with. I would like to thank this team so much for making that happen for me.
