My husband was the one who had glasses made. He said everything went smoothly from picking out frames to pickup up his new glasses. Everyone he saw was very helpful.

Dorina has helped my husband and me with our last three purchases of progressive glasses. She is a consummate professional, so diligent and really makes you feel like you are the only customer in the store. Dorina takes her time and truly is trying to fit each customer with what looks best on them while walking the thin line and making sure the customer is also thrilled with the purchase. She is 5 stars amazing and I always love what she picks out for me and my husband! She is a true asset to your business, I will follow her anywhere.

I recently had an eye exam and ordered glasses here. As always, the exam was thorough and the staff friendly and professional. The doctor answered all my questions to my satisfaction. When I picked up my glasses, I remarked how these were going to take some time to get used to them. I was told I I had a 30 day happiness guarantee. I gave the glasses a try for a few days, but couldn't handle walking around with my head tilted down just to see clearly. And one pair had me tilting my head down and cocked to one side. I went back. Shiyanne helped me. She was friendly, professional, and offered suggestions. She took the pair with adjustable nose pieces and made them much better. The pair that had me holding my head sideways was because the focal point was off to the side in one lens! She got the correct measurements, sent that pair off, and let me know it would be two weeks or so. She also assured me that if the adjustments she made on the other pair didn't solve my problem to come back and they would make it right. With service like this, you know I'll be coming here for my exam and glasses in the future.

When you buy their frames and lenses- service is fast however if you with your own, it’s a waste of time. The staff was very ignorant and taunting on the phone. Beyond unprofessional. I will never return here.

Amazing experience! We came here because of the great reviews on Google. Have to admit best location I have even been with great staff and excellent customer service. Shannon helped the whole family to get new eye glasses. You just got some customers for life. Dorina is amazing too. I can’t thank her enough as well for providing top notch customer service.

I can't say enough about this Lens Crafters (Torrey Street in Brockton). I went in a few weeks ago and was greeted by Brenda, who was super nice and helped me pick out some new frames. Next, Stacy helped fit them to my face and I was able to pick them up a few days later. Both women were so helpful, but unfortunately I didn't like the look of the final product. I returned the glasses (they made it very easy to get a refund) and picked out a new set of frames. This time Dorina fit them to my face and she was just as nice as Brenda and Stacy. I wanted to write this review because it's not often a business cares if you are truly satisfied with what you get (versus what THEY get). The three women I dealt with were all professional and kind, which is why I am mentioning them by name. You won't regret dealing with this business!

I recently lost my glasses and stopped into LensCrafters, Torrey Street, Brockton. A young man named Kelly greeted me and offered to assist me. I am one who hates to pick out glasses even though I need them. Kelly was super helpful, friendly and professional. I told him what shape and style I liked and didn't like and he pulled a variety of glasses based on what I told him. After trying on several pairs I decided on a new color and style of frames thanks to Kelly's patience and knowledge. Thank you Lenscrafters for hiring someone like Kelly he is a true asset to your company. I walked away very happy and will be back for my next pair of glasses. Awesome customer service!

I took my son to get his very first pair of glasses today. They were very kind and patient with him and he was able to find a pair he liked. Update: I went back for myself and I was helped by a few employees while I was there and they were ALL excellent! I appreciated that they didn't mind helping me find multiple pairs of purple glasses. I appreciated how Kelly (great name, by the way) walked me through the process and got me a great deal with my insurance. I'm excited to go get my new pair of glasses when they're ready. ^_^
