I normally go to America’s Best but opted to go to LensCrafters this year for my annual exam because I fell in love with these Prada frames. My exam which is usually covered by my insurance still somehow cost me $90. I was annoyed with that but I really wanted those Prada frames. I was told in store that the color I wanted was only available online so I ordered them as soon as I got home with my new prescription. When it was finally time to pick them up the glasses were no where to be found. Despite having proof of delivery by UPS with the employee’s name who accepted the delivery still no glasses. I was told to call the 1-800 number who told me what I already knew that the glasses were delivered. However I still don’t have them. I guess they disappeared. $90 on an exam. $600 on Frames. And I still can’t see. Talk about blindsided.

Love this store and the workers are 1 in a million. I needed contacts quickly and last minute and they hooked me up! So thankful!

I recently went to LensCrafters to make a contact purchase. However, while there I saw that they had the RayBan Meta glasses collection. I’d read about the glasses and thought they could be useful for my husband and myself. Long story short, I bought them for both of us and was exceedingly pleased with the purchase. Some months later I misplaced my eyeglass case and went to the store to buy another. (The glasses are charged through the eyeglass case.)They don’t usually have them available for sale, the manager and salesperson checked and found that there was one in the stock room. They generously allowed me to acquire them and were very happy to accommodate me, thank you so much to the store manager and a very enterprising sales clerk. Thank you so much for caring about my request. If you want personal care and attention when getting your eyeglasses for the year, I highly encourage you to visit LensCrafters. I just wanted to give a quick shout-out to Lauren who works at the LensCrafters in Lakeside Shopping Center! I am tremendously grateful for the exceptional service she provided in fixing my glasses. Despite the fact that I did not purchase them at Lenscrafters, she meticulously and patiently adjusted the frames and replaced a faulty screw. Her kindness and attention to detail were truly impressive, and I am deeply appreciative for her willingness to help. Thanks to Lauren’s outstanding service, I am now planning to use Lenscrafters for my annual January appointment and all my future eyewear needs! Very friendly and helpful staff. Sunglass hut sent me to LensCrafters to swap out my lenses because they didn’t feel comfortable doing it. Not only did LensCrafters swap out my lenses for free they were super friendly as well.

I paid for glasses for my best friend and we came here to pick them up and the service was awful. They could not even show us how the glasses work.

0 stars if possible. Today (10/11/24) I brought in a pair of prescription Persol 3272 sunglasses to discuss replacement lenses due to a change in prescription and to get a fit adjustment. After discussing the lens swap, I was advised that as I did not buy the glasses at Lenscrafters that they would assume no liability if any damage occurs during the fit adjustment. I unfortunately decided to proceed anyhow. 4 minutes later the salesperson returns to me after having somehow cracked one of the CRYSTAL lenses while cleaning them (I've worn these daily for two years and clean them just as often). Considering this is pretty much a simple and mundane procedure, I am absolutely livid and would suggest no one spend their hard earned money at this location. I am out $533.95 which I will be spending elsewhere to replace these glasses. Lesson: When they tell you they might break your glasses, they probably will.

Upon walking in, I was NOT greeted and the employees were stand-offish and RUDE! I will definitely be emailing their corporate office!!! Do better with customer service!!!

Second time I needed to get my sunglasses fixed, and they were there for me! They do good, and quick work, if you need sunglass repairs, come here! I’m definitely grateful for them, their Lifesavers! And they didn’t even charge me either time!

In the past few years I’ve walked into many stores reviewing new styles of frames, brands and sunglasses. Never have I experienced the personal touch that I did with Sydney at the Macys Lens Crafters. Her knowledge of style and what shape complements a look is not to be taken lightly. Sydney was thoughtful and attentive. Her patience with indecisive customers like myself is invaluable! I ultimately went with a Prada frame in addition to a pair of sunglasses. I appreciate her personal perspective and honesty. I love my glasses and I look forward to my next visit!

Always have an amazing experience with Sydney! She’s attentive, and always has great suggestions for lens that best fit me. I trust her work and haven’t had any issues with getting frames fixed or getting new prescriptions. I would highly suggest to anyone going to this location to ask for her :)

My shopping experience was wonderful! The salesperson was amazingly helpful, and gave me great advice. She was very knowledgeable about the frames they carry, and she knew exactly where the different kinds were in the store. She was also very knowledgeable about lenses and insurance, and she worked to get me the best glasses at a fantastic price. My glasses turned out to be half price compared to my ophthalmologist's office! I can't wait for my new glasses to arrive!

I enjoyed being able to put all the glasses I liked in the bin then going to the sales professional to order my glasses. She was so helpful and friendly. She even was able to get the smaller frames that fit my face better from the pair I picked out. She truly went above and beyond. Customer service and focus are her goals and it shows.
