the staff here is extremely nice, immediately greeted upon arrival with help at every turn. when i let them know that i was in the market for new glasses they set me up with frames within my price range, helped me with fitting them correctly to my face, and were honest about which frames didn’t super fit me. even though at this time i did not leave with glasses i will definitely be choosing them in the future once i have the budget.

By far the best place to get all your Eyewear needs met. phenomenal staff and the manager is top notch.

Tristan was super helpful and nice. He really aided me in picking a frame that worked for me, and was very informative on all the different specifications I had available for the pair I picked, as well with other designs too. Great experience!

Went in with my daughters broken glasses asking for help. The employee (Chris?), was super helpful. Able to fix my daughters glasses and even touch up some other stuff. As well as cleaning them. The excellent attitude of the lady and man on staff was welcoming.

I was able to order my glasses at a good price. They were able to use my insurance. The service was prompt and respectful.

Not impressed with the lady employee who “helped” me and my teenage boy look for a pair of glasses today. We really didn’t know where to start due to this being his first pair of glasses as far as size, fit and overall what teenage boys are wearing such as rimless, clear frames, what shape to fit his face, etc. My son was looking at Oakley because his father has lots of sunglasses made by this company and it is a brand I am very familiar with, but we really did not want to spend $300-400 on just frames that were probably going to get broken by my teenager. It is not that we won’t spend that kind of money on our son’s frames it is that we would rather not. It seemed as if once the Lens Crafters associate realized we were not going to spend a big enough amount to suit her needs she was no longer any help. We were just told by her that the back wall is where we need to look and she walked off and was no longer was any assistance. I do not know, but would guess the workers earn or are working for commission the way she behaved. Long story short we will not be back to this or any other lens crafters after this interaction. We now have four people in our family who wear glasses and are up for new glasses and they definitely will not be purchased at any Lens Crafters after this interaction. I would try and find an associate who wants to help people get the correct glasses for their needs rather than to just push the expensive frames.

Very nice staff. Willing to take time and explain different options for your lens. Will tell friends and family to go there.

Was shown a multitude of frames that matched my eyes and face. The manager was very helpful as well his assistant. Dr Mosteller next to them was able to see me that day and all went perfect. Great manager and helper to great Dr. Thanks again!

First time getting glasses ever....Lens Crafters was a perfect place to go.....the lady and gentlemen working there assisted me very well ...help me pick out a great pair of glasses within my budget very patient and friendly atmosphere....I would recommend this location just because of how friendly I was treated thank you

I walked in picked frames handed prescription over to associate and he very efficiently looked up preferences from past order and asked a few questions and I was done! Wonderful experience!!

I tried going to a different competitor and was sadly disappointed. I wasn’t given ANY customer service. I walked into Lens Crafters and was greeted right away. He exclaimed he was busy at the moment, but would be with me momentarily. Once he was done with the other customer he came right over and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He was friendly, fast and told me of all my different options. I would highly recommend them again.

I would recommend that the employee’s slow down when explaining discounts / insurance / math. They may be experts but they should be explaining it to the customer and prevent from being annoyed when asking questions. They always make you feel rushed to get out - so now we will not come back.

This was my first time getting glasses at Lenscrafters in the East mall. This was by far the best experience I've had at an optical. What made it so special was the optician. Drew was amazing. He went the extra mile to find a frame that I loved. He was knowledgable and made this a top notch experience. They've gained a new customer.

The management was rude. I don’t remember his name, but there was a black guy with glasses who is either the assistant manager or store manager and his attitude is condescending beyond belief. Answering questions is an obvious annoyance for him. He really shouldn’t be in any form of management, let alone customer service with his completely rude attitude.

Very impressed. Alexey provided excellent assistance. With insurance I was able to purchase a quality pair of glasses at an acceptable price.

Went in to ask questions and to begin the process of getting my first glasses. The dude behind the counter was insanely rude to me when I went in. He talked to me like I was a child and tried to explain basic math to me. He wouldn’t let me get a word in to ask questions either, i felt rushed and could not get the help I needed. I ended up just leaving and going to the west store which was a way better experience. I will review there once I get my glasses, do not go to this location! Go to the west one, it will save you a lot of hassle. Ask for Chris if he is there!

If I could give no stars, I would. I went in to get my lense put back in my glasses since it popped out. What should have been a quick in and out turned into a 10 minute trip because the worker with long hair decided he was going to look for every single flaw with my glasses tell me about them and fix them when in reality nothing was wrong with the way they we being worn. I was very frustrated because he blamed me for sleeping on my glasses when I don't. This was the 4th time my lense popped out of frame so I will not be buying anymore glasses from LensCrafters.

Alexey was super helpful and a blessing ! My mother- in- law broke her frames and we needed a frame to fit her trifogel lenses. . Every other place we went to were not helpful, and stated the she would have to get an eye exam and then maybe they could help us. I called lensecrafters and Alexey told us to Come on in:) We went in and Alexey was super helpful and helped us more than eyeglass world! Thank you and we will be back!

Really poor customer service. Finally left without getting my glasses ordered. They need to hire more people and train them better. Edit: I contacted customer service as they requested and they closed the ticket without addressing anything at all.

I ordered my glasses with the transitional lenses ray ban .thay were fast and professional. Going to pick them up today .

Great place for the best glasses for anyone and not what the store tried to push sell. Lens Crafters have wide variety of glasses and their state of the art technology shows their interest in customers’ vision. I can arguably say that the company’s vision is your vision. If you are getting glasses anywhere else (don’t like to write names), you have missed the best glasses for you. Want to mention excellent work that Drew did. He is awesome. Another associate that I happen to see also awesome.

Mr Drew and Mr Alexii were friendly and accurate and helpful in selecting, sizing and ordering and payment processes getting BOTH our glasses and shades. I had left my glasses on the floor, lol, one day as I was praying, and forgot them completely. I ended up stepping on them and the lenses busted out of the frame. I took them to LensCrafters in the Towne East Mall. Martin was an extremely gracious professional and took his time on them even going above and beyond and, since I losty eye glass case, supplies me with one free of charge! In my opinion, Martin P. is a company treasure and needs to be recognized!

Drew is a fantastic customer service rep! He is very Knowledgeable, patient and accommodating! He explained things better than my home town optometrist ever did ( an independent one). Thanks, Drew!
