I was a little hesitant to visit this LensCrafters due to some older Google reviews, but I’m glad I did because the current staff is fantastic! They’re knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me find glasses that looked great while also saving me a lot of money. Carley (apologies if I’m spelling that incorrectly) was incredibly patient and helpful as I tried on several pairs. She made sure I understood exactly what I was paying for and the value I was getting. When I returned to pick up my glasses, Malek and Raymond assisted me. Even though the store was busy, they greeted everyone promptly and ensured that each customer’s glasses fit perfectly before they left. My husband and i have been to numerous different eye doctors and eye glasses vendors since our family optometrist passed away about a decade ago and we had yet to find a place that we really liked well enough to go back. My husband actually did not use the eye doctor in the mall next to lens crafters but i did (and Friendly Eyes of Kansas by the way was awesome - but that's for another review). We both ended up pucking out frames at Lens Crafters and getting our glasses made there. My husband has very poor vision and so THICK lenses which are hard to find compatible frames for. I picked my frames out with some help from the staff who helped me find additional colors of the frames i liked. My husband found some he liked and then encountered a problem with his frames but the staff was very helpful in addressing the issue and getting us both taken care of. Stephanie helped get both of us get our frames properly fitted and was most helpful in resolving the issue my husband had with his frames prior to purchase. I believe we will be returning customers. 😁

We had a good experience until it was time to pick up our glasses. We were sent multiple text messages that our glasses were in but after going to the store there had been a delay. No big deal these things happen and we had ordered multiple pairs so we decided to just come back another time and pick up what we could. Upon returning the manager met us with attitude. I tried on the glasses I had purchased and they did not fit, pretty typical straight out of the case. However, when trying to explain how they didn’t fit the manager became extremely rude and defensive. She would not let me get a word in so we asked about just coming back when someone else could help us. She become hateful and said fine. I expressed that I hadn’t been treated that poorly before and asked for her managers information. She informed me that they did not have a regional gym at the moment and that she was it. I requested to have my entire purchase refunded and she quickly obliged, but stated that my fsa would be refunded and I would still be able to use the funds. After calling my fsa benefits this is not the case. I took the glasses not fitted and will drive the hour to another store. Crazy how people will treat you when they have no one they have to answer to.

Raymond is so knowledgeable, he knows what he is doing! He is a pure gem and goes out of his way to be sure that the customer leaves happy and satisfied with their glasses. All employees are dedicated, friendly, and completely competent.

Went here for the first time today and it was amazing! Super quick and efficient. Misty was excellent and knowledgeable with my insurance. She gave me all the info I needed and made it painless to get through the purchasing process. Super happy with Lens Crafters!

Everyone was very helpful found glasses I loved. My only issue is they had to send off for my glasses to be done because they didn’t have the lenses in stock which is fine. The problem is I cannot track my order for some reason. I put in my email address and order number but says the information I have entered is incorrect but I have checked it and rechecked it and still says incorrect.

Fits in budget after the discount. Good and experienced sales assistants. Recommend.

I couldn't contact this location during business hours and called another franchise an hour away in Kansas City to finish processing my order.

I popped into the Topeka LensCrafters pretty much knowing what I wanted. In 30 seconds Misty had shown me 3 frames that fit the bill and had my account pulled up. Ben provided excellent and efficient work on my dad's glasses that required a tightening of a screw and putting the lense back in. Ben was also very personable.

Ben and entire staff were very helpful despite issues with fittings due to my prescription and wrap around frames. They spent much time and effort to ensure I received the correct item.
